  • Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail after making an online payment. Please save this confirmation as proof of your booking.

    If you have paid via an electronic bank transfer, you will not receive a payment confirmation.

    If you have paid in “My Booking” via iDeal, PayPal or Credit Card, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

    You can check your reservation online via your booking confirmation. Click on the “My Booking” link at the top left.

    The night registration form will also be attached to your booking confirmation. To simplify the process of checking in for you, please print the voucher at home, complete it in full and hand it to reception when you arrive at the park.

    Booking confirmation not received

    If you have not received your booking confirmation and invoice within 3 days of booking, you should first check your 'spam mailbox'. If you can't find the booking confirmation here also then you must contact the Contact Centre immediately. If you do not, you will not be entitled to the booking. Always check with the Contact Centre staff that your e-mail address is correct. Call the Contact Centre on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.
  • At Landal GreenParks you are assigned the bungalow number directly on arrival at the park. It is possible to book a bungalow with a specific number in advance.

    You can do this by making a preference booking. The cost of doing this is € 22.50 (from 2020: € 25).
  • Of course you can reserve (extra) children’s furniture. Please state when booking:
    • Child’s bed incl. bed linen (at Landal Resort Maria Alm: € 15)
    • Highchair
    • Playpen € 5,95
  • We recommend that you take out cancelation insurance when you make your booking. Without cancelation insurance or with cancelation insurance but without a valid reason, the following provisions will be applicable: If you cancel more than four weeks before the start of your stay, you will have to pay 30% of the price of rental sum. If you cancel within four weeks of the start of your stay, you will have to pay the full rental sum. If you end your stay prematurely, you will have to pay the full rental sum. If you cancel before the start of your stay, the booking will be cancelled immediately after you phone to cancel. It will then no longer be possible to revoke the order. If you end your stay prematurely, repayment will be in proportion to the number of nights you do not use. You must immediately notify the park reception of your early departure. Unused extras, such as bed linen, council taxes, booking costs, insurance, will not be refunded. Cancelation is only possible per accommodation, not per person. After you have paid the premium, the cancellation insurance will provide you with cover up to your departure from the park. 
  • At Landal GreenParks it is possible to extend your booking just before/during your stay. This is only possible if there is still sufficient accommodation available.

  • From 1 January 2013 Landal GreenParks will send a holiday magazine with confirmation documents; the holiday magazine will be sent by post a few weeks before arrival. Full information about our parks and the surrounding areas can also be found on the website. Go to the park where you have made your booking to find out more.

    Please note that the holiday magazine is only available in the Dutch and German language.

    Unfortunately we will not be able to send you a holiday magazine if your booking is made less than 2 weeks before arrival.
  • You will receive your booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail within 3 days after your booking has been processed. Please call the Contact Center if you have lost your confirmation. We will then send your booking confirmation again by e-mail. You should keep this in a safe place, print it out and bring it with you to the park. Please call the Contact Center on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.
  • When Landal GreenParks processes your booking, Landal GreenParks sends you a booking confirmation and an invoice by e-mail within 3 days after the booking is made. You should check this confirmation for mistakes as soon as you receive it. Please inform Landal GreenParks immediately in the case of mistakes.

You can then book up to 9 bungalows at a time. To book more than 9 bungalows, please contact the Business Line on tel.  +31 (0)88 - 205 98 88 (local rate).

Parks general
  • New parks are regularly opened or taken over by Landal GreenParks. The following is an overview of the latest parks that have been opened or purchased in the past five years or have yet to open.

  • Wireless internet is available in almost all of our parks. During your holiday, you can email, play games, chat, surf the web as you usually do. And… you can send photos and videos directly from your holiday location. Just as easily as at home. Online in the countryside. Its all possible at Landal Green Parks.

    Although Wi-Fi is available in our parks, their location in the heart of the countryside means that the capacity and signal in your accommodation will not always be optimal. You can use the Wi-Fi connection to browse websites or check email. You may experience problems when using streaming services, gaming online and/or downloading large files. The Wi-Fi connection at the park often works better on laptops and tablets compared to smartphones. Laptops and tablets are equipped with more powerful antennas, which means the Wi-Fi connection will be stronger.
  • A maximum of one or two pets are allowed at almost all the parks.
  • Some parks do not allow fireworks to be let off on New Year's Eve 2017/2018.
  • At most parks, barbecues can be used next to the accommodation. However, there are a few exceptions:

  • It is forbidden to smoke in public spaces, such as restaurants and plazas, at all the Landal GreenParks. Landal GreenParks provide non-smoking accommodation as well as accommodation in which smoking is allowed. When you make your booking, you can state whether you prefer non-smoking or smoking.
  • With the hectic daily routine of contemporary life we would all like to take the time to really relax. To feel fit and healthy, to look good, to completely relax and be utterly spoilt. At a range of our parks you can finally relax and enjoy our wonderful wellness facilities. 
  • Golf is a sport that enables you to enjoy the countryside, the space and the beautiful surroundings. Whether you wish to enjoy a round of golf on the coast or surrounded by woods, there is plenty of opportunity at Landal GreenParks.
  • Nothing beats watching children having fun splashing around in the water! That is why practically every Landal GreenParks location has its own swimming pool. At Landal Het Vennenbos (Hapert, Noord-Brabant) and Landal De Lommerbergen (Reuver, Limburg) they have taken it to a completely new level. Here they have even more watery fun for your kids in the Subtropical Water Paradise: playing around in the Kids Jungle Pool, screaming as they disappear down the Black Hole Slide with its starry sky and signal lights, or splashing along the Lazy River. They will look after themselves all day long. In the meantime, you will have time to relax in the herbal baths and plunge pools, the whirlpool and the sauna, or one of the other aquatic treats. Now that’s what you call having fun...
  • If your daily life is free from smoke, so should your holiday be! There are some non-smoking accommodations in our parks and all our children's bungalows are non-smoking. The amount of non-smoking accommodation is limited and is different for each park. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a non-smoking guarantee. With this category we have to rely on our guests to adhere to the no-smoking rule. Please state your preference when making your booking.
  • At Landal GreenParks you can enjoy exactly the type of holiday you want: from very simple to wonderfully luxurious. Would you like an apartment, a chalet or your own country cottage with private sauna? You can also bring your tent and stay at a campsite. But we also have chalets in wonderful locations in beautiful winter sports areas or even magnificent thatched farmhouses. Whatever you choose, you will always be surrounded by beautiful countryside and able to enjoy the many facilities at the park. You will be in an environment where there is so much to explore. Are you planning to come with a few friends, the children or with a whole group? Or are you thinking of a family reunion or the 40th wedding anniversary of your grandparents? You can have as much fun as you like in one of our larger chalets or our special reunion chalets.

    All accommodations at a glance
  • At many of the parks, the accommodation is owned by different private individuals. The furnishings and layout in the accommodation can therefore be different.
  • Landal GreenParks has both car-free and car-accessible parks. At car-accessible parks it is perfectly all right to park beside your accommodation. You cannot park your car beside your accommodation on a car-free park. However, it is possible to load and unload at your accommodation. If you can demonstrate you have difficulty walking, you can obtain a special parking licence that will enable you to park beside your accommodation. A parking licence will be issued by the park reception when you arrive on presentation of your disabled badge or a letter from your doctor. If you do not have either of these you can also state that you wish to book accommodation near the car park.

  • On the website for the relevant park, click on the heading 'accommodation' and then tick your booked accommodation. The details and the floor plan for your accommodation will then be displayed.
  • Different parks have accommodations with a fenced garden or enclosed patio. You can ask for them specifically when you make you booking.

  • A maximum of one or two pets are allowed at almost all the parks.
Winter sports Special bungalows
  • At all the parks, it is possible to book several accommodations near each other. Several parks also have chalets that accommodate 10, 12 or even more people. 

    Reunion bungalows
    In addition, three Landal GreenParks locations have reunion bungalows. These reunion bungalows are comprised of three detached 6-person chalets situated next to each other, together with an extra chalet that has been transformed into one very large living room with a large kitchen. A maximum of 18 people can therefore stay overnight in the three chalets, where they can breakfast separately with their family or friends if they wish. You can use the luxury living room bungalow as a gathering place where you can meet for a drink, a cup of coffee or even cook and dine with the entire group of 18 people. 

    Groups and events
    Groups and events Landal Business Line is specialised in large groups and family events. If you book more than 10 bungalows, we can customise your stay to meet your requirements. For example, we can organise cooking sessions or sports programmes at the park using our own chefs or sports and recreation teams. .

  • A number of Landal GreenParks have children's bungalows. The children's bungalows are especially child-friendly and furnished with safety in mind. They are suitable for families with babies as well as toddlers and young children. They have all the necessary attributes such as lovely children's furniture and toys, a changing mat and dresser, a highchair, cot and baby bath, an outdoor sandpit and special safety provisions such as a stair gate and child-safe electrical sockets. The children’s bedrooms in the chalets are equipped with a bunk bed and/or raised bed, and some of these rooms have a fun mural. There is often a playground a short distance from the bungalow.

  • For guests that require extra care and support, Landal GreenParks has formed a partnership with Comfortzorg, one of the leading and most experienced organisations in providing homecare in holiday accommodation. At all of our parks in the Netherlands, you can count on the Comfortzorg network to provide you with the care as well as aids and appliances that you would receive at home. The nursing, care, aids and appliances that you require will be arranged and assigned to you during a telephone consultation. To arrange this you must call Comfortzorg on 0900-2341234.
  • Landal GreenParks has specially modified asthma and COPD-friendly accommodations for people with asthma or COPD. These accommodations have smooth floor coverings, such as laminate flooring or tiles. With the exception of a couple of parks, the accommodation does not have an open fire and Asthma Fund guidelines were used to determine the choice of material for curtains and furniture. Naturally, pets and smoking are not allowed in this accommodation. The cleaning service also follows a special set of instructions.

  • Different parks have accommodation that is adapted to suit disabled people. Modifications in the accommodation will include the bathroom, toilet and/or kitchen.
