Create an account
Yes, via the my bookings button you can now also view and pay for your booking using your booking details. Here, you only need to enter the booking number, the surname of the main booker and the arrival date at the park.
We do recommend creating an account so that you can link your booking in the Landal app. And so have all the practical information to hand. If you want to know more about the Landal app, take a look here.

You may already have an account. Try to log in or select ‘Forgot password’. You can then set a new password via an e-mail you will receive from us. Please check your junk e-mail just to be sure.
- Log in to your account via the website or the Landal app.
- Click on 'Add' under Add your created booking.
- Enter the booking number of your booking. You will find your booking number in the confirmation you received by e-mail.
- When your booking is linked to your account, it will display in both the app and the website.
You can only link a booking number to the e-mail address used to make the booking. So only the main booker can add the stay to his or her account.
Please note, if you have made a booking at a park in the UK, it is not (yet) possible to link your booking in the app. However, you can view the park's facilities and activities.
Once you have added a stay, you can find your booked stay under 'my bookings'. Are you already logged in when booking? Then we will add your booking automatically.
Unfortunately you cannot delete your account yourself at the moment. We can delete your account details for you. Call the Contact Centre on +31-(0)70 300 35 06*

1. Log in with your e-mail address and self-generated password.
2. Log in with your e-mail address and have us send you a code. Enter the e-mail address with which you made the booking or the e-mail address of your existing account and request a code. This will be sent within seconds to the e-mail address you entered. Enter this code on the website, it actually replaces your password. Tip: also check the spam box.

Please check again the details you have entered. Are there no typos? You can also log in with a code or log in link instead of a password. You can easily request this via the my booking page.

Landal-app
You always log in with the same email address and password you use to log in on the website. Always log in with the email address that you used to make your booking with Landal. Your booking is linked to this. Forgot password? Select ‘forgot password’ when you log in. You will receive an email from us to reset your password. Make sure you also check your spam folder. Important: for some parks you will need a different account to reserve an activity or facility in the app. Unfortunately, these two accounts are not yet linked to each other.

I have booked multiple accommodations at once. How can I add these bookings to the app?
Unfortunately, this is not possible for any stays booked before 31 May 2022. In that case, you have a booking number that starts with an ‘M’. But you can also use the app without logging in. Would you like to reserve a restaurant or an activity? Just call the park reception.
