Can I view my booking without an account?
Yes, via the my bookings button you can now also view and pay for your booking using your booking details. Here, you only need to enter the booking number, the surname of the main booker and the arrival date at the park.

We do recommend creating an account so that you can link your booking in the Landal app. And so have all the practical information to hand. If you want to know more about the Landal app, take a look here.

I haven't received a verification e-mail to confirm my account, what do I do?
You may already have an account. Try to log in or select ‘Forgot password’. You can then set a new password via an e-mail you will receive from us. Please check your junk e-mail just to be sure.

How can I add a stay to my account or to the Landal app?
If you were logged in when your booking was made, your booking is automatically in your account and the app. That's easy! 

If you want to add a booking in the app, go to the 'Bookings' tab and click 'Add booking.' In your account on the website, on the overview page, click the blue 'Add' button under 'All your bookings in a row'. Here, you enter the booking number of your booking. This can be found in the confirmation you received by e-mail.

You can only link a booking number to the e-mail address with which the booking was made. So only the main booker can add the stay to his or her account. 

Please note, if you have made a booking at a UK park, it is not (yet) possible to link your booking in the app. However, you can view the park with facilities and activities.

I want to delete my account. How can I do this?
Unfortunately you cannot delete your account yourself at the moment. We can delete your account details for you. Call the Contact Centre on +31 88 205 9000* 

*Note: when asking to have your account details deleted by phone, you will not receive written confirmation.

How do I log in to My Landal account?
There are three ways how you can log in to your account, namely:
1. Log in with your e-mail address and self-generated password.

2. Log in with your e-mail address and have us send you a code. Enter the e-mail address with which you made the booking or the e-mail address of your existing account and request a code. This will be sent within seconds to the e-mail address you entered. Enter this code on the website, it actually replaces your password. Tip: also check the spam box. 

3. Log in with your e-mail address and have us send you a secure link. Enter the e-mail address with which you made the booking or the e-mail address of your existing account and request the link. It will be sent to the e-mail address you entered within seconds. Click on the link and you will be automatically logged in. Tip: also check the spam box.

I can’t log in. What should I do?
Please check again the details you have entered. Are there no typos? You can also log in with a code or log in link instead of a password. You can easily request this via the my booking page.

When you've forgotten your pasword, you request a new password below. It may take up to 1 minute before you receive the e-mail. Also check your spam box to be sure.

Good to know: your login details for the Landal app and website are the same.

You are trying to create a new account with an e-mail address of an existing account. Go back to the login screen and choose ‘Forgotten your password’.

This message means we do not recognise the e-mail address or password you have entered.

How do I log in on the Landal app?
You always log in with the same email address and password you use to log in on the website. Always log in with the email address that you used to make your booking with Landal. Your booking is linked to this. Forgot password? Select ‘forgot password’ when you log in. You will receive an email from us to reset your password. Make sure you also check your spam folder. Didn't receive an email? Then you probably don't have an account with this email address. Create an account 

Important: for some parks you will need a different account to reserve an activity or facility in the app. Unfortunately, these two accounts are not yet linked to each other.

I can't log into the app, what should I do?
How annoying that this is not working. We have listed some steps to still log into the app.
-Make sure you have a working internet connection;
-In the app, you will see an error message, indicating whether the account does exist
-If you have an existing account at this email address, we recommend you request a new password

- Check if there is an update for the app in the App Store.
- Is this the case? Update the app to the latest version and log in again.
- Close the app completely and try again. 
- Does this not work? Then delete the app completely from your phone and download the app again.
- If this doesn't work either, request a new password.

Am I obliged to use the Landal app during my stay?
No, certainly not. You can still go to reception for all your questions. However, Landal has been named the most sustainable travel brand in the Netherlands. By providing important information via the Landal-app, it is possible to significantly reduce paper use on the park. That's why we strongly encourage the use of the Landal app.

Please follow these steps:

I have booked multiple accommodations at once. How can I add this reservation to the app?
I have booked multiple accommodations at once. How can I add these bookings to the app?
  • Go to the Landal App
  • Log in with your email address and password.
  • Go to ‘Bookings’
  • Select ‘Add booking’ 
  • You will have to add each booking separately. If your booking consists of five bungalows, add these separately with the corresponding reservation number. 
  • Enter the booking number. You will find the booking number in the booking confirmation we emailed to you.
  • Your booking has now been added! 
  • Go to ‘Bookings’ in the app to view the details of your bookings.

Unfortunately, this is not possible for any stays booked before 31 May 2022. In that case, you have a booking number that starts with an ‘M’. But you can also use the app without logging in. Would you like to reserve a restaurant or an activity? Just call the park reception.
