Waterstaete Ossenzijl is located on the edge of Weerribben-Wieden National Park. From your holiday home, you can explore the water-rich landscape by boat, on foot or by bike. Cruise through a maze of reeds and greenery, stop along the way for a picnic and enjoy the tranquillity of the Kop van Overijssel region.

From March until the end of October, your water villa comes with its own electric boat as standard. This allows you to cruise straight from your private jetty into the surrounding area. You won’t have to worry about cooking either: simply order a meal using your phone or have fresh bread rolls delivered in the morning. Children can have fun in the playground at the park. Prefer to stay on dry land? Several walking and cycling routes also start close to the park. All year round, it is good to relax on the terrace at your accommodation. Are you arriving between March and October? Then a sloop will be waiting for you upon arrival at the park. The park offers accommodation for 4 to 12 people, where you can enjoy a detached villa all year round.

If you book a stay between March and the end of October, the sloop will be waiting for you when you arrive at the park. And after a brief explanation, you can immediately take to the water to discover the surroundings. You sail through villages and in between you wander through a maze of greenery. Some places are specially equipped for swimmers, where you can cool down in summer.

Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in the park itself, but you can order delicious meals to take away from the 't Binnenhof restaurant. Fresh bread rolls in the morning? No problem, we'll deliver them to you.

From your accommodation, you step into the small boat in front of the door and sail directly to public swimming waters. Bring the cool box, put on your swimming costume and let the relaxation begin. There are many lakes near the park where you can swim. You can jump from the boat straight into the water!

The area is so varied that you won't get bored easily. The park also has a playground where the little ones can have hours of fun.
