You can do this while booking your holiday. You enter the card number and the security code of the gift card when checking out. Do you have a physical gift card? You will then find the security code on the back of the card – simply scratch it off. The credit of the gift card is then automatically deducted from any outstanding amount. Is there still an amount outstanding after this? Then you can pay using another payment method.
Yes, you can do this. You can view your booking and request payment information in your account section, under 'my reservation'. There you can pay the outstanding amount using the gift card. Have you redeemed the gift card and is there still an amount outstanding? Then pay this using a different method. Good to know: the gift card can only be exchanged when paying for a booking, not at the park itself.
Yes. Unfortunately, you cannot spend the gift card during a stay in Great Britain. It is also not possible to spend your card at our partner parks of Dormio/ Summio and Novasol.

For security reasons, the balance on the gift card will not yet have been activated when we send it to you. You can easily do this yourself by using the activation code that you received by e-mail.
