Notify us of your travel group and estimated arrival time, and make any outstanding payments. You can do all of this in the Landal app, where you can also find local information.
We will send you an email with a reservation confirmation within 24 hours. Check your junk mail as well, just to be sure. Did you lose or not receive the reservation confirmation? Please get in touch with the Contact Center. The reservation confirmation will then be resent to you. Keep your confirmation email safe and bring it with you to the park.

We are required by law to register the information of all guests staying at the park. Please forward this to your MyLandal account or the app so that you can check in faster and enjoy your stay. You can also choose to add or remove a travel companion. This is applicable to travel companions who stay for the same number of days as you. So not for family/friends staying the night.

To simplify the process of checking in for you, please print the voucher at home, complete it in full and hand it to reception when you arrive at the park. This will minimise any waiting time at reception.

Check in
Within 24 hours of making your booking, you will receive an e-mail with a booking confirmation and invoice. Keep these safe! You may have to show the reservation confirmation on your mobile device. Please notify us of your travel group via your MyLandal Account prior to arrival. Check to see if any outstanding amounts have been paid. When you arrive at the park, you may be asked to show identification. As a result, make sure you have these on hand.
Due to the cleaning of our accommodations, you can check in as standard at 4 p.m. We will then make certain that your accommodation is ready. Of course, you are welcome to arrive at the park from 10:00 a.m at the day of your arrival and use our park facilities. Tip: Some parks allow you to book an early check-in. Contact the park's reception for more information.
In that case, please contact the park's reception by phone. They can then schedule a time for you to pick up the accommodation key. The park's phone number as well as the reception hours can be found on the relevant park's website under 'practical info’.
Yes, if you can show the reservation confirmation, you can also check in as a travel companion.
Only the main booker can check in at our parks in Germany. The main booker must identify himself upon arrival at the park and show the reservation confirmation. After this, the key to the accommodation will be handed over.

Stay
It is certainly possible to receive guests in your accommodation during your stay. You must notify the park reception if the guests stay overnight in the accommodation. You will be charged for the cost of the bed linen and council taxes for the guests. It is only possible for guests to stay overnight if this does not exceed the maximum number of people that are permitted in the accommodation.
Most parks have a charging station where two cars can be charged at the same time. Under "information" on the park page of the relevant park you can find out whether or not there is a charging station at that park.
Don't worry! On the 'Practical' page of the park where you stayed, you will find the telephone number of the reception with the contact details. You can contact us by phone during reception opening hours. The park will then send the forgotten item to you.
At Landal GreenParks it is possible to extend your booking just before/during your stay. This is only possible if there is still sufficient accommodation available.

You can pay with standard bank passes at reception and in the restaurant. We also accept VISA and Eurocard. Except the parks:

You can generally use the facilities, such as the swimming pool, on the day of your arrival from 10:00. They are also available to you the entire day of your departure.
For a fee, you can remain on your campsite pitch until 06:00 PM, if it has not already been rented out. You can ask about this on the day of your departure before 12:00 PM. It is also possible to book a non-standard stay at many of the parks. This is possible, with the exception of public holidays and certain other holidays, but subject to availability. You can make a non-standard booking by calling the Contact Centre.

A cot is a small bed for very young children. A cot can be a travel cot or a wooden cot. This depends on the park.
Children under three years old (0 to 2 years) can sleep in a cot. Children over three must sleep in a large bed. The cot is 120 cm x 60 cm.
When you make your booking, please specify whether you require a cot so we can ensure a set of bed linen for the cot € 7.50 p.p. is waiting for you.

Cots are not made up at Landal GreenParks. If you requested a cot, bed linen for the cot will be placed in the accommodation for you.
This is permitted beginning at the age of three. In the proximity of all of the parks, youngsters can take ski lessons.
