Frequently Asked Questions

Before you leave
  • Where can I find an inventory of the accommodation?

Our website does not contain an inventory of the accommodation. If you have any questions related to the inventory of an accommodation, you can contact the Contact Centre.

  • Why do you need the details of my travel group?

We are legally obliged to register the details of all guests staying at the park. If you pass this on in MyLandal account, you can check in faster and enjoy your stay at our park. You can also add or remove a travel companion within MyLandal yourself. This concerns travel companions who stay the same number of days as you and not family / friends who stay overnight.

  • Where can I find the addresses and directions to the parks?

The addresses and directions to the park can be found on the applicable park page under ‘practical info’.

  • Will I receive the confirmation documents by post before I arrive at the park

You will be sent the confirmation documents, a specification of the costs and a park brochure within two weeks of making your booking. These are the only documents you will receive from us. You can use these documents to check in at the park. No more documents will be sent to you after you make your payment.

  • What is my bungalow number?

At Landal GreenParks you are assigned the bungalow number directly on arrival at the park. It is possible to book a bungalow with a specific number in advance.

You can do this by making a preference booking. The cost of doing this is € 29.95.

  • How many people can use the accommodation?

The description of the accommodation specifies the number of people for which the accommodation is suitable. This number corresponds with the number of beds in the accommodation and is the maximum permitted number of people. It is not possible to accept more people than this because of safety regulations. No extra beds, camping beds or airbeds can be placed in the accommodation. Unless otherwise stated, a child under two years and six months old can be accepted as an extra person. The child will be able to sleep in a cot.

  • I would like to receive guests during my stay. Is this possible?

It is certainly possible to receive guests in your accommodation during your stay. You must notify the park reception if the guests stay overnight in the accommodation. You will be charged for the cost of the bed linen and council taxes for the guests. It is only possible for guests to stay overnight if this does not exceed the maximum number of people that are permitted in the accommodation.

At Landal GreenParks it is possible to extend your booking just before/during your stay. This is only possible if there is still sufficient accommodation available.
