I did not receive a holiday magazine with my booking confirmation. What should I do?
Our organisation has decided to stop sending Holiday Magazines by post. In recent years our guests have been increasingly searching for and finding information online about their upcoming stay at Landal GreenParks. As an organisation we aim for sustainable and engaged business operations and to provide a positive contribution to nature and our environment. This is why we have decided to stop making and sending the Holiday Magazines. This will enable us to reach our organisational objectives in a sustainable and engaged way. I lost my booking confirmation. What should I do?
You will receive your booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail within 3 days after your booking has been processed. Please call the Contact Center if you have lost your confirmation. We will then send your booking confirmation again by e-mail. You should keep this in a safe place, print it out and bring it with you to the park. Please call the Contact Center on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.
Where can I find an inventory of the accommodation?
Our website does not contain an inventory of the accommodation. If you have any questions related to the inventory of an accommodation, you can contact the Contact Centre.
Why do I have to register the personal details of my travel companions?
Landal GreenParks has a statutory obligation to register the personal details of all guests that stay at the park. You will receive a night registration form to this end with your booking confirmation. To simplify the process of checking in for you, please print the voucher at home, complete it in full and hand it to reception when you arrive at the park. By specifying the personal details of your travel companions on the night registration form in advance, you will benefit from a faster check-in at the park. You can also download the night registration form from the website.
Where can I find the addresses and directions to the parks?
The addresses and directions to the park can be found on the applicable park page under ‘practical info’.
I have lost my night registration form. What should I do?
You received the night registration form with your reservation confirmation. You can download the night registration form on the website.
What documents do I need to check in at the park?
You will receive your booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail within 3 days of making the booking. You should keep this in a safe place, print it out and bring it with you to the park. A night registration form is also attached to the booking confirmation. To simplify the process of checking in for you, please print the voucher at home, complete it in full and hand it to reception when you arrive at the park. This will minimise any waiting time at reception. When you arrive at the park you may be asked for proof of identity. Please ensure you have this to hand.
Can I arrive and check in early?
The change over of guests means that cleaning takes place until 03:00 PM*. It is possible in individual cases to determine in consultation whether it is possible to check in early. However, it is always possible to use the park facilities from 10:00 AM on the day of your arrival.
* There are a few parks (for example Hof van Saksen), where the accommodation will be available from 04.00 PM.
I will not be able to arrive at the reception before closing time. What should I do?
You should notify the park reception in advance if you plan to arrive after the park reception has closed. The park reception will then agree with you how you can collect the key to the accommodation. You can find the park telephone number on the website for the relevant park. The address and telephone number are specified under the heading 'general' in the left menu.
Can I pay by credit card?
You can pay with standard bank passes at reception and in the restaurant. We also accept VISA and Eurocard. Except the parks:

- Landal Waterpark Sneekermeer (Friesland, the Netherlands)

- Landal Resort Haamstede (Zeeland, the Netherlands)
- Landal De Bloemert (Drenthe, the Netherlands)
What are the arrival times and how long can you stay at Landal GreenParks?
You can stay at Landal GreenParks for the following durations:
Stay Length Weekend stay Weekend starts on Friday at 03:00 PM* and ends on Monday at 10:30 AM (3 nights).
Midweek stay A midweek starts on Monday at 03:00 PM* and ends on Friday at 10:30 AM (4 nights). Week stay A week is from Friday** at 03:00 PM* to Friday at 10:30 AM or from Monday** at 03:00 PM* to Monday at 10:30 AM (7 nights).
1,5 week stay This is from Friday at 03:00 PM* to Monday at 10:30 AM (10 nights) or from Monday 03:00 PM* to Friday at 10:30 AM (11 nights). 2 weeks stay This is from Friday at 03:00 PM* to Friday at 10:30 AM (14 nights) or from Monday 03:00 PM* to Monday at 10:30 AM (14 nights).
* There are a few parks (for example Hof van Saksen, Landal Beach Park Texel, Beach Resort Ooghduyne, Sluftervallei, Het Vennenbos, Villapark Vogelmient, Resort Maria Alm and Alpine Lodge Lenzerheide), where the accommodation will be available from 04.00 PM.
** In the Austrian and Swiss holiday parks, one week during the main season lasts from Saturday 3 pm to Saturday 10:30 am.
You can generally use the facilities, such as the swimming pool, on the day of your arrival from 10:00. They are also available to you the entire day of your departure.
For a fee, you can remain on your campsite pitch until 06:00 PM, if it has not already been rented out. You can ask about this on the day of your departure before 12:00 PM. It is also possible to book a non-standard stay at many of the parks. This is possible, with the exception of public holidays and certain other holidays, but subject to availability. You can make a non-standard booking by calling the Contact Centre.
How many people can use the accommodation?
The description of the accommodation specifies the number of people for which the accommodation is suitable. This number corresponds with the number of beds in the accommodation and is the maximum permitted number of people. It is not possible to accept more people than this because of safety regulations. No extra beds, camping beds or airbeds can be placed in the accommodation. Unless otherwise stated, a child under two years and six months old can be accepted as an extra person. The child will be able to sleep in a cot.
I would like to receive guests during my stay. Is this possible?
It is certainly possible to receive guests in your accommodation during your stay. You must notify the park reception if the guests stay overnight in the accommodation. You will be charged for the cost of the bed linen and council taxes for the guests. It is only possible for guests to stay overnight if this does not exceed the maximum number of people that are permitted in the accommodation.
Is it possible to extend my stay?
At Landal GreenParks it is possible to extend your booking just before/during your stay. This is only possible if there is still sufficient accommodation available.

Can I reserve (extra) children’s furniture when booking?
Of course you can reserve (extra) children’s furniture. Please state when booking:
- Child’s bed incl. bed linen (at Landal Resort Maria Alm: € 15)
- Playpen € 5,95
What exactly is meant by cot?
A cot is a small bed for very young children. A cot can be a travel cot or a wooden cot. This depends on the park. Children under three years old (0 to 2 years) can sleep in a cot. Children over three must sleep in a large bed. The cot is 120 cm x 60 cm. When you make your booking, please specify whether you require a cot so we can ensure a set of bed linen for the cot € 7.50 p.p. is waiting for you.
At many of the parks it is possible to book an extra cot and extra bed linen for the cot (* cot bed linen). You can specify this under Extras.

What special facilities for children does Landal GreenParks have at the parks?
Many of the parks have special facilities for children:

- Children's farm or petting zoo
- Playground equipment or playground
- Toy library
- Indoor playground paradise
Are cots also made up?
Cots are not made up at Landal GreenParks. If you requested a cot, bed linen for the cot will be placed in the accommodation for you.
From which age are children allowed to have ski lessons?
Children can have ski lessons in the surroundings of all the parks. The minimum age for ski lessons is 3 years.
