Follow the A8 direction Salzburg to Deutsche Alpenstraße/B306 in Siegsdorf. Take exit 112 direction Traunstein/Siegsdorf. Follow the B306, B 305, B178, B311 and B164 to Hochkönigstraße in Maria Alm. From here, follow the signs to Landal Resort Maria Alm.
By train
The nearest train station is in Saalfelden. Take the busline 620 in direction to Maria Alm.
In the winter months, good-value ski trains run regularly to Zell am See between various major German cities. Ski Train Germany – Zell am See:

By plane
The nearest international airports are Salzburg (80 km) and Munich (175 km). All major airlines fly to these airports. From Salzburg, shuttle buses run to the Maria Alm region. From Munich and Salzburg, Landal Resort Maria Alm is best reached by train to Zell am See.

Arrival and departure

Please contact the reception upon your arrival in the park. There, you will receive the key for your accommodation as well as all additional information. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please contact us in advance. The reception is reachable by phone at +43 (0) 6584 24444. Your accommodation is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, check-out is 10:30 a.m. On your day of arrival/departure, you are welcome to use the park facilities throughout the day. Keep hold of that holiday feeling.

Sunday until Friday: 8:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m. 
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m

Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Individual arrival days
During some periods, guests can check in on any day of the week. For reservations and further questions, please contact the reservation centre on: 01806 - 700 730 (from German landlines: € 0.20/call, from mobiles max.: € 0.60/call - rates may vary from other countries).

Reception opening hours
The current opening times are available upon arrival or by phone, using the above number. Outside of opening hours, the standby telephone is available in the entrance area of the reception.

Payment options in the park
Cash, EC card (Maestro) with pin, credit card (Visa and Mastercard).

Parking in the holiday park

The resort is car free. It has underground parking and plenty of parking spaces. Upon arrival you will be assigned a parking space according to your booking. All accommodations have elevator-access to the underground car park.

Charging stations for electric cars
The park has two charging stations for electric cars. The operator is Salzburg AG (SAG) and not Landal Resort Maria Alm. The Resort has no influence on the prices of SAG.
Motorway vignettes
When entering Austria by car, please note that all cars travelling by motorway/expressway must carry a vignette (toll stickers) and safety vest. Vignettes are available at most automobile clubs, near the border at motorway service stations and online in digital form.

The park offers some pet-friendly accommodation (must be specified when booking). Additional charge per pet: € 9.95 per night.


Park closure

The park Landal Resort Maria Alm is closed:

  • between 16 April and 29 April 2023
  • between 4 November 2023 and 2 December 2023


  • The prices shown only apply to new bookings;
  • The prices shown are inclusive of made beds, end-of-stay cleaning and energy costs;
  • The prices shown are exclusive compulsory personal expenses: bed linen € 10.95 p.p., children's bed linen € 7.50 p.p. *;
  • The prices shown are exclusive tourist tax from 15 years € 2 p.p.p.n.  and preference costs, if any € 70,-;
  • In the luxury accommodations the following is included for all arrivals from 2021/2022: a towel package per person, kitchen towel set, soap, shampoo and a bath mat per bathroom.
  • Promotional prices (last minutes) are not valid in combination with other discounts, promotions, offers, all-in packages or savings schemes;
  • Obvious typing errors do not commit Landal GreenParks;
  • Subject to price changes; the price stated on the confirmation/invoice is binding.

Landal Resort Maria Alm is certified with the "Green Key" – the international label for sustainable companies in the hotel and leisure industry. We are not only committed to the comfort of our guests and the quality of their stay, but also advocate for both nature and society.
For instance, the accommodation at Landal Resort Maria Alm is heated entirely by the local biomass power plants and the parks own hydroelectric power plant. In addition to the accommodation, the resort's e-charging station is also supplied with electricity from the power plant. Alongside this, the resort focuses on raising awareness and educating guests about appropriate waste separation.
