Accessibility

Boat crossing Schiermonnikoog
The ferry to Schiermonnikoog departs from Lauwersoog. You can park your car at the Lauwersoog car park (see 'Parking') or elsewhere in the immediate vicinity. Look here for more information on sailing times and ticket sales for the ferry to Schiermonnikoog, or contact Wagenborg Passagiersdiensten by phone on 0900-9238 (€0.70 p/call). After arriving at Schiermonnikoog Ferry Port, you can use public transport or a taxi to reach the park.
Parking
Schiermonnikoog is a car-free island: cars (and other motor vehicles) are therefore not allowed on the island. You can park your car in Lauwersoog's partly covered car park (for a fee).
Electric car charging options
The park does not offer charging options for electric cars.
Public transport
Buses leave from Groningen and Leeuwarden to Lauwersoog where you board the ferry to Schiermonnikoog. Upon arrival on Schiermonnikoog, buses and taxis are ready to take you to Landal Vitamaris. At busy times around holidays and events, extra buses are in operation. For the current timetable and more information, please visit the Qbuzz website or check 9292ov.nl. If you travel to the park by bus, take line 'Badweg' or 'Vitamaris'. 

Arrival and departure

Please report to reception upon arrival at the park. There you will receive the key to your accommodation and more information. Are you arriving outside reception opening hours? Please contact us in advance.
Check-in from 16:00
You can of course use the park facilities before this time. Or discover the surroundings of the park.
Check-out until 10:30
You are of course very welcome at the park facilities for the rest of the day.
We do the final cleaning
We ask that you leave the accommodation broom clean, unload the dishwasher and collect the bed linen. We do the rest!
