There are parking spaces next to the residence. You can also park your car in the central car park at the central building.


You can open the barriers with the barrier card until 11:00 PM After this, the barrier is closed until 7:00 AM and you can park your car at the central car park.

Public transport

From Vlissingen:
From Vlissingen train station, go to the harbour where you can take the ferry to Breskens. Once in Breskens, take the call-up bus to the park (reserve the call-up bus at least 1.5 hours in advance through the park on tel. +31-(0)117 40 77 00), pay in the bus. Get off at the 'Dorp Nieuwvliet' bus stop. From here, it's about another 20 minutes walk to holiday park Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad.

Arrival and departure

On arrival at the park, please report to park reception. You will then receive your keys and welcome information. Please provide your completed night registration form to Reception on arrival. Do you want to check in after 8:00 PM? If so, contact us beforehand on +31-(0)117 407 700 or at

Good to know

Collaboration Dormio

On 31 May 2023, Dormio Group acquired this park from Landal GreenParks under the new name Dormio Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad. Dormio Group has a lot of experience and knowledge in providing quality holidays. Naturally, you will enjoy the same facilities, activities and service. The park team also remains unchanged. We will still be happy to answer all your questions. So nothing will change for you during a holiday at the park. You will only see the new visual communication, such as a welcome sign and flags, during your stay.

Reception opening hours
Reception is open seven days a week. You will find the current opening hours in the welcome pack which you receive on arrival. 

Payment options at the park

At all facilities, you can pay as follows: Cash, bank card, VISA or MasterCard. It is not possible to withdraw cash at the park. The closest cash dispenser is at the gas station in Groede, about 5 km from the park.  

Landal GreenParks App

By using the app, you can quickly and easily have up-to-date and useful information for your stay in the palm of your hand. The app gives you the park map, the activities overview and fun tips for things to do in the surrounding area.

Charging stations

There are eight charging stations near the main building. You can use these with your own car drip card.

To rent

Ladies' and men's bicycles, children's bicycles and seats (limited number to rent), tandems, E-bikes and jeu-de boules balls.

Internet facilities at the park

You can use wireless internet in every bungalow. Login codes can be purchased at the reception (luxury and extra luxury accommodations have free wifi).


Maximum two pets per bungalow (compulsory notification when booking). Surcharge for each pet: € 5.75 per night


You can purchase your basic necessities in our minishop. The minishop sells a limited range of food such as bread, vegetables and meat. Very convenient!

The lake

It is only allowed to fish in the lake in the park. Swimming in the lake is not permitted.

Make your stay complete with a package or one of the many extras. Beds made up and towels on your arrival? Having your groceries delivered or fancy a culinary treat in the restaurant? Simply book your package and extras when you book your accommodation. The carefree holiday can begin!
