You can park your car at or near the accommodation (depending on the type chosen). The specific number of parking spaces per accommodation can be found in the accommodation features. Additional cars can be parked in the central car park.
There are charging stations at the park to charge your electric car.
When entering Austria by car, please note that motorway and motorway toll stickers and high-visibility vests are compulsory. Vignettes are available from most automobile clubs, at motorway service stations near the border and online as a digital vignette.
A fee of € 6 is also charged at the Katschberg tunnel toll station for both the outward and return journey. If you continue through the Katschberg tunnel to Rennweg, the toll increases to € 12.

Landal Katschberg is not very easy to reach with public transport.
Arrival and departure
Please report to reception upon arrival at the park. There you will receive the key to your accommodation and more information. Are you arriving outside reception opening hours? Please contact us in advance.
You can of course use the park facilities before this time. Or discover the surroundings of the park.
You are of course very welcome at the park facilities for the rest of the day.
We ask you to leave the accommodation broom clean, take away the rubbish, clear out the dishwasher and collect the bedding.
Good to know
You can use free Wi-Fi throughout the park.
Pets are welcome on the park and in some of our accommodation. Check the accommodation features or select your pet(s) in the travel group to see which accommodation allows one or more pets. On the park you must keep your dog on a lead, unless indicated otherwise.
The park is closed:
- between 25 October and 05 December 2025
- between 04 April and 23 May 2026
- between 24 October and 05 December 2026
The park has a launderette with washing machines and dryers (for a fee)
A new eight-person gondola lift is currently being built, which will take guests to the Aineck, the Salzburg side of the Katschberg, in much greater comfort. Due to the construction work, the existing mountain railway will not be in operation in summer 2025. The alpine playground is also closed for this reason.
During the renovation period, guests will receive the Katschberg Card upon arrival. This includes the Grosseckbahn, the Sonnenbahn Speiereck and the Fanningberbahn.
