Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00 on day of departure. Security barrier is open between 16:00 & 19:00 on check in days. Guests arriving after 19:00 will need to obtain a barrier fob.

Reception Opening Hours

Reception is open 09:00-19:00 daily.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations.

Hot tubs

Please note for hot tub accommodations, due to the maintenance and cleaning process we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be ready for this 4pm. Please ensure that you read the hot tub etiquette which is located in your accommodation on arrival.

One charging station is installed in the car park. Charges apply.

Parking

One parking space is available outside each lodge, additional parking available around the resort.

Deposit

Please be aware a refundable security deposit will be required upon or prior to your arrival. This is fully refundable providing there is no damage to the property during your stay. Some deposits may take up to 5 business days to return to your account.
