I can't see my booking (anymore), what should I do?

To manage your booking, you’ll need an account. You can easily create one via My bookings. Check that you’re logged in with the email address to which you received the booking confirmation. If that’s correct but you still can’t see the booking, please contact the Contact Centre.

Good to know: after making a booking, it can take up to 30 minutes for it to appear in your account. So please always wait a little while before contacting us.

Are you unable to log in but still want to view or pay for your booking? Fortunately, you can do this without logging in. Go to ‘My bookings’ via the menu and select ‘Enter booking number’ under the heading ‘View your booking’.

Some parks use their own app and/or account, which means you won’t be able to find your booking in your Landal account. If this is the case, you can find this information in the email you received after making your booking.
