I can't see my booking (anymore), what should I do?
Due to the transition to a new website and system, you may temporarily not be able to see your booking in your account. This is due to a technical error. We realise that this is very inconvenient and we are doing everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible. You do not need to do anything; your booking is still valid in our system.

Would you still like to view or pay for your booking? Fortunately, you can do so without logging in. Go to My bookings in the menu and select View your booking without an account. Are you still logged in? Then log out first and follow the steps above.

Can't find your booking in your account and arriving within 3 days? Please give us a call so we can help you further.

Good to know: bookings for a park in the United Kingdom or one of the Alps Resorts are never visible in your account, but you can always view and pay for them using the steps above.

How do I log in to My Landal account?
There are three ways how you can log in to your account, namely:
1. Log in with your e-mail address and self-generated password.

2. Log in with your e-mail address and have us send you a code. Enter the e-mail address with which you made the booking or the e-mail address of your existing account and request a code. This will be sent within seconds to the e-mail address you entered. Enter this code on the website, it actually replaces your password. Tip: also check the spam box. 

3. Log in with your e-mail address and have us send you a secure link. Enter the e-mail address with which you made the booking or the e-mail address of your existing account and request the link. It will be sent to the e-mail address you entered within seconds. Click on the link and you will be automatically logged in. Tip: also check the spam box.

I can’t log in. What should I do?
Please check again the details you have entered. Are there no typos? You can also log in with a code or log in link instead of a password. You can easily request this via the my booking page.

When you've forgotten your pasword, you request a new password below. It may take up to 1 minute before you receive the e-mail. Also check your spam box to be sure.

Good to know: your login details for the Landal app and website are the same.

You are trying to create a new account with an e-mail address of an existing account. Go back to the login screen and choose ‘Forgotten your password’.

This message means we do not recognise the e-mail address or password you have entered.

If you have forgotten your password, go to ‘Forgotten your password’ on the login page.

If your login details are correct.
