Cairngorms National Park
The Cairngorms National Park is the largest protected wilderness in Britain. It boasts wonderful mountains, deep gorges, ancient forests, big rivers, ancient highland villages on remote lochs and historic castles. It’s a paradise for outdoor and wildlife enthusiasts, in winter the skiers arrive and in summer the walkers and off-road mountain bikers. All year round you can spot deer, rare birds, otters, eagles and osprey as well as wild brown trout and pike, plus so much more.

Camperdown Country Park
Just 3 miles from Dundee, and open all year round, this fabulous country park covers over 400 acres and boasts the stunning neo-classical Camperdown House as its centre piece. Home to more than 190 species of trees and a Tree Trail to follow, the Camperdown Wildlife Centre, with animals from all over the world and adjacent Play Centre, and state-of-art equipment for all ages, it’s a perfect family day out.

Whisky Distillery Tour
The worlds only Malt Whisky Trail is a jewel in the Moray Speyside region, a wonderful collection of large and small historic distilleries. As you visit the nine locations you’ll meet the men and women who are now the guardians and masters of whisky production today. At each site you can join a guided tour to get a real insight and of course taste of Scotland’s national drink.
