The Marissa holiday park at Lake Dümmer in Lower Saxony is rented out by NOVASOL. The quality of the services as well as the facilities such as the restaurant, swimming pool and the accommodation correspond to the usual Landal feeling. The general (booking) conditions of NOVASOL apply to a booking at Ferienpark Marissa.

Visit the BeachMar beach bar and indulge in delicacies from the Mediterranean cuisine. Enjoy the unique view of Lake Dümmer while having a drink on the terrace or on the sandy beach and experience the true holiday feeling. Or visit Mezzomar, the largest restaurant on Lake Dümmer and enjoy the unique feel-good atmosphere as well as a unique lake view. Fresh baked goods are available at the bakery shop everyday.
 Sports and games
Lake Dümmer forms the centre of the Dümmer Nature Park in the Dümmer-Weser-Land holiday region. The second largest inland lake in northwest Germany offers pure relaxation and recreation due to its quiet location and beautiful nature. For nature and active holidaymakers, this region offers an ideal holiday destination with its well-developed network of cycle paths, extensive water sports facilities and several crane resting areas.
 Kids
There are several playgrounds in the Marissa holiday park where your children can play and romp to their heart's content. Older children can head to the new skate track in the heart of the park. Here, beginners and advanced skaters have lots of fun on inline skates, the skateboard, BMX bikes or stunt scooters. Ball sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth on the multifunctional sports field. From May 2023, the Lykke Land indoor playground will offer fun for both young and old, regardless of the weather.
Beauty and Wellness
Take a break from everyday life at holiday park Marissa's unique lakeside sauna with a view of Lake Dümmer. You will find relaxation in the spacious spa area with saunas, bistro, lounge and relaxation area as well as a large roof terrace.
 Swimming
Holidays right on the water - the wide sandy beach of Lake Dümmer invites you to build sandcastles, bake sand cakes and soak up the sun. Lake Dümmer is one of the largest water sports areas in northern Germany and is ideal for sailing, surfing and other water sports. If you prefer to visit a swimming pool, the pool area with a children's pool, family pool and outdoor pool is the place to be. Here you will also find a water slide, a snack bar and a textile sauna.

The Marissa Holiday Park is located on Lake Dümmer, the second largest lake in Lower Saxony. The holiday homes and apartments will offer you an unforgettable holiday with the typical Scandinavian hygge feeling for the whole family, couples or groups of friends. The lakeside sauna offers a unique view of the lake; the beach bar invites you to relax and enjoy yourself; and young and old alike can have plenty of fun on the beach. Other facilities such as the spa area, swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and bicycle and water sports rental round off your stay.

The Dümmer Nature Park is ideal for hikers and cyclists and offers pure relaxation and recreation. Much emphasis is also placed on sustainability at the holiday park. All accommodation is equipped with a green roof and a combined heat and power plant is used to generate energy. To support biodiversity, bee colonies have also found a new home at the Marissa Holiday Park.
