Bungalows on the water and near waterways
Cast a fishing line or rent a boat at the park to explore the waterways: Landal Zuytland Buiten is the ideal destination for water enthusiasts. Almost every bungalow has a deck or a boat jetty, giving you direct boat access to De Bernisse, a nature reserve with meandering channels, small harbours, and lakes. You can walk directly from your bungalow to the protected water reserve Het Haringvliet or the historic village of Oud Beijerland. Ship ahoy!
Peaceful and quiet nature
Because our park only has a few facilities, our guests come here to truly relax and unwind. Set amidst green nature, Landal Zuytland Buiten is the ideal home base for a boat tour, a bike ride, or a walk to the Stompaardse Plas or one of the many beaches at the lakes and streams that dot this region. The prefect opportunity to recharge your energy.
Between Rotterdam and Zeeland
A quick trip to the south of South Holland is made. In less than half an hour, you can be in Rotterdam for a day of shopping or a night out. The journey to Goeree-Overflakkee is also simple. Take a walk along the Brouwersdam, sit on a terrace in Renesse, or relax on one of the beaches.

Landal Zuytland Buiten is the ideal location for having fun near and on the water. Come and unwind in this beautiful natural water-rich Zuid-Holland landscape, sandwiched between Rotterdam and Zeeland. All of our bungalows have a charming veranda and a boat jetty or deck on the water from which you can explore the region by boat (available for rent at the park). Cruise the Stompaardse Plas, explore nature reserves, and stop by one of the many picturesque villages. Alternatively, you could simply sit back in your bungalow garden and cast a fishing rod.
There are numerous activities available in the area. Explore the area around the Stompaarde Plas, visit the Bernisse Nature Reserve, and spend the afternoon picnicking at one of the many nearby beaches. Seaside villages like Rockanje and Ouddorp are only a short drive away, ideal for a leisurely afternoon stroll or a drink on a lively terrace. Are you looking for shopping, nightlife, or culture? Travel less than 30 minutes from the park to Rotterdam.
