What are the costs for cancelling my booking?

The earlier you book, the more flexible the rules are if you do want to cancel. The cancellation fees therefore depend on the number of days between your booking and your arrival date. We have listed this for you below:

1. Did you make your booking less than 14 days ago and is your arrival date still at least 42 days from now? Then you can cancel free of charge. Please note: this policy only applies up to 42 days before the planned arrival date. Example: if you book 50 days before arrival, you can still cancel free of charge for 8 days.
2. If you decide to cancel your booking more than 14 days before arrival and your arrival date is still more than 30 days away, we will charge 30% of the total travel sum.
3. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, you will owe the full amount of the travel sum.
