Lower ground floor: on the lower ground floor you will find a swimming pool (28 °C, 9 x 3.5 m), a combination sauna (infrared and traditional), a toilet, a sun shower and relaxation chairs. There is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a kitchenette with a fridge. The hot tub (37 °C) is situated in the sheltered sunken seating area; it is available until 8.00 pm in winter and until 9.00 pm in summer. Garden furniture is also provided. Ground floor: entrance hall with a separate toilet. The spacious living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The open-plan kitchen has built-in appliances and leads out onto the terrace. There are two bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. First floor: here you will find two further bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a roof terrace. All rooms have tiled floors with underfloor heating. The beds are made up on arrival. All villas come with free Wi-Fi as standard and are pet-free. The gardens are furnished with garden furniture and there is parking for two cars at the villas. The décor and layout of the villas may vary.
