Arrival and Departure

Guests are able to check-in from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00 on day of departure. Guests can arrive before 16:00 and make use of the on-site facilities. Contactless check-in is available via an app

Reception Opening Hours

The reception is open 08.30 until 18:00 each day (08:30-19:00 on Mondays and Fridays).

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available both in the accommodation and the main facilities.

Pets

If a pet is booked, a dog bed and some dog treats are provided in the accommodation. Dogs are also welcome in the conservatory of the Terrace Restaurant.

Hot tubs


Please note for hot tub accommodations, due to the maintenance and cleaning process we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be ready for this 4pm. Please ensure that you read the hot tub etiquette which is located in your accommodation on arrival.


Charging Stations

There are five electric car charging points on resort, three are located near reception and two can be found near the eco lodges. All are free of charge.

Parking

Each accommodation has one allocated parking space, there is also additional parking available either near reception or at the overflow car park near the golf course.

Facilities

The Spa opens between 09:00 and 18:00 dependent on the time of year. The Terrace Restaurant opens at 11am daily. A full dinner service runs daily from 17:00 till 20:00/21:00 depending on demand. Basecamp is open daily from 09.30 - 18:00.
