You will receive the opening hours for the other days on your arrival day at the park.

Shops and restaurants

Please note that the opening hours of the shops (supermarket, gift shop) and restaurants are dependent on occupancy in the park. In any case, at least one restaurant is always open for you.

Bollo

Because of our cooperation with Dormio from January 1st, 2021, Bollo won't be visiting Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor from that date on. The mascot dog of Dormio (Mío) will be there instead.

Park Shop

Our supermarket, which is located directly on the promenade, offers a large selection of daily necessities, toys and regional specialties. You can also buy fresh bread there every day.

Payment options at the park

At all facilities, you can pay as follows: Cash and bank card.

Electric Car Charging Station

Landal Resort Eifeler Tor has two charging stations for electric vehicles. You will find the charging stations in the central car park.

 

Swimming pool

The open-air swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.

Accessibility

Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchairs due to its location. The bungalows have been built on a slope and are therefore not suitable or less suitable for people with mobility problems. Most apartments and facilities can be accessed by lift and are also suitable for people with some mobility problems.

To rent

Extra bed linen and extra children's furniture can be rented at the reception. The prices are included in the welcome pack which you receive on arrival. From April to October, E-bikes are rented at the park. For large amounts, we advise you to book ahead.

Internet facilities at the park

Free Wi-Fi at the park.

Tourist office Rureifel-Tourismus

You will find tourist information here. You can purchase various items, such as regional tourist maps, postcards, stamps and walking, biking and car maps. But you can also hire child seats, ladies and men's bicycles with gears and E-bikes.

Laundry service

The park has a launderette with washing machines and dryers.
