A waterside park

At Landal De Wedderplassen you are surrounded by water. Take a dip in the Weddermeer or do some laps in the indoor swimming pool, with a paddling pool for the little ones (for a fee).

Kids

There is plenty to do for kids: swimming, canoeing and playing on the beaches. In summer, the Fun & Entertainment team provides a varied programme.

Everything at hand

From April to October you can order fresh bread rolls at reception, which will be ready for you the next day. For other groceries there is a mini shop.

Bicycle rental

Discover the picturesque stream valleys and babbling rivers of Westerwolde, on foot or by bike. You can easily rent bicycles at the park.

Facilities Holiday park De Wedderplassen

There is plenty to do all year round at Landal De Wedderplassen. As a Landal guest, you have unlimited use of the adjacent park's facilities. Discover the indoor or outdoor swimming pool (for a fee), hire a canoe for the Wedder Lake and enjoy delicious dishes at Brasserie Weddermeerhoeve. For sporty guests, there is a tennis court where you can compete with each other. Plenty to do for young and old!

The Weddermeer

When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on, in and around the picturesque Weddermeer that borders the park. Rent a canoe at the park and explore the open water, relax on the beaches and take a refreshing dip. Fishing enthusiasts can choose a spot along the waterfront and hook the impressive carp and catfish that swim here, among other species.

Food and drink

You don't actually have to leave the park for a snack and a drink. Near the park, in a nostalgic farmhouse on a headland in the Weddermeer, you will find Brasserie Weddermeerhoeve. Whilst enjoying a view of the water, you can choose something tasty from the menu with classics such as spare ribs, salmon fillet and various vegetarian options.

Tennis court

If you want to keep your forehand and backhand on top form during the holidays, you don't have to look far. There is a tennis court in the adjacent park that you can easily reserve at reception. Don't forget your racket!
