Sneak Preview: Chalet Resort Arberland

A new holiday park with 196 holiday homes is being built in Zwiesel, Germany (Bavarian Forest): Chalet Resort Arberland. The properties will be offered for sale on the German market to private investors and rented out through Landal GreenParks. Vakantiemakelaar.nl will handle sales in the Netherlands. The first phase of 34 holiday homes have been sold. Of these, eight have been completed and 26 are under construction. These are expected to be completed by the end of this year. Landal GreenParks will then start letting; booking opportunities will be available at the end of the summer. This will be Landal GreenPark’s twelfth holiday park in Germany.

The eight homes, developed by property developer Arber Investment GmbH, are divided into two types and various designs. There are six four-bed houses; three in the comfort version and three in the luxury version, and two six-bed houses, one each in the comfort and luxury versions. Each home meets the latest standards in sustainability and insulation. The park’s central facilities will be completely renovated and converted into a new central building with various facilities. Guests of the park can enjoy the adjoining indoor and outdoor swimming pool of the municipality of Zwiesel.
