Your booking will be transferred to Dormio Group
From 31 October 2023, the following parks are no longer under Landal GreenParks but under Dormio Group: Holiday park Heihaas, Water park De Bloemert, Holiday park Port Greve, Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad , Holiday park Duc de Brabant, Holiday park Reevallis.
 
This means that from that date we can no longer view or change your booking. From that moment on, the booking will also no longer be visible by you when you log into the Landal website or the Landal App. Of course, the booking, including any extras you may have booked, will still be there.

I have booked insurance with my stay. Will this expire?
You have taken out insurance with Europ Assistance and that remains valid. For claims and or questions about your travel insurance or cancellation insurance, please contact Europ Assistance via eClaims.

Can I still pay with the Landal Giftcard?
Until 30 October, you can still use your gift card while making a booking at one of these parks. From 31 October your gift card is no longer valid for use at the mentioned parks as they now belong to Dormio Resorts & Hotels or Summio Parcs. However, you are more than welcome to use your gift card at any of our other parks.

How can I check in at my booked park?
To check in, you can visit the reception desk of the specific park on the day of your arrival. If you're staying at a park where digital keys are provided, you will receive a pass or tag during the check-in process, which you can use to enter and exit your bungalow.

I have booked extras or already made a reservation in one of the facilities. Can it go ahead?
All extras and reservations at the park made until 30 October can go ahead as you booked them. Would you like to book something extra after this date? Then contact Dormio Resorts & Hotels in the case of Nieuwvliet Bad and Summio Parcs for the other parks.

I have booked a specific house number. Will it remain the same?
All stays where a specific house number is booked before 31 October 2023 will take place as agreed. You will therefore stay in the house number you have booked. Would you like to change or fix your house number after 31 October 2023? If so, please contact Dormio Resorts & Hotels in the case of Nieuwvliet Bad and Summio Parcs for the other parks.

What is included in my stay? Is this the same as at Landal GreenParks?
All stays booked up to 30 October 2023 will take place as agreed. Your stay will therefore comply with everything that was included and added at the time of booking. I have an outstanding payment. What should I do?
You can pay for your booking at Landal GreenParks in various instalments. If you still have an outstanding payment, you can settle it until 30 October 2023 using the payment link in your confirmation. Dormio Group will receive an overview of all payments received by us on 31 October 2023. If you still have not paid by then, you will receive more information from them about paying for your stay no later than 7 November.

What is changing at the park?
The park has updated its visual communication, including the welcome sign and flags, so the Landal GreenParks branding won't be visible during your stay. However, all the activities and amenities at the park remain unchanged.
