Flexible booking changes

Change park or period

If you made your booking after 1 September 2026, you can rebook free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival. For example, to change the park, accommodation or period of stay. The total amount of the booking will remain the same or increase. If the changed booking is more expensive, you will pay the difference. Is your arrival within 8 weeks? Then it is not possible to rebook your stay.

Did you make your booking before 1 September 2026? In that case, you can rebook free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival.

Change travel group up to 1 day before arrival

Your fellow travellers cannot take part in your holiday at short notice or you would like to change your travel group for other reasons? This is very easy and free of charge via your account.
Flexible payment
Pay later
Have you found a place to stay, but can't pay right away? No problem. Book now and pay within 7 days. This is possible for all bookings, except for bookings with an arrival date within 9 weeks. In that case, we ask that you pay within 24 hours. For bookings with an arrival date within 5 days, you must pay immediately.
Pay in instalments
It is possible to pay in instalments. You pay 50% of the total amount within 7 days and the other 50% 8 weeks before arrival.
