Flexible booking changes

Change park or period

If you chose Flex Break, Super Flex Break or did not choose an option when booking, you can rebook free of charge up to six weeks before arrival. For example, to change the park, accommodation or period of stay. The total amount of the booking will remain the same or increase. If the changed booking is more expensive, you will pay the difference.

Did you choose the Basic Break option when booking, or is your arrival within 6 weeks? Then it is not possible to rebook your stay.

Change travel group up to 1 day before arrival

Your fellow travellers cannot take part in your holiday at short notice or you would like to change your travel group for other reasons? This is very easy and free of charge via your account.
Flexible payment
Pay later
Have you found a place to stay, but can't pay right away? No problem. Book now and pay within three days. This is possible for all bookings, except for bookings with an arrival date within 45 days. In that case, we ask that you pay within 24 hours. For bookings with an arrival date within five days, you must pay immediately.
Pay in instalments
Depending on the option you have chosen when making a booking, it is possible to pay in instalments. For the Basic Break option, it is not possible to pay in instalments. If you choose the Flex Break option or it is not possible to choose an option, you pay 50% of the total amount within three days and the other 50% six weeks before arrival. For the Super Flex Break option, you pay 25% of the total amount within three days of making your booking and 75% no later than six weeks before arrival.
