Why can't I see my booking in my account?

• Is the e-mail address you logged in with the same as the e-mail address you provided when making your booking? You can add a booking to your account if it is the same one.
• Did you make a booking with a different e-mail address? Then change your e-mail address under 'my details'. Or create a new account.
• Are you using the correct e-mail address? Then log in to your account and add the booking manually. Enter your booking number under 'add your booking'. You will then find this booking in your account.
