I haven't received a verification e-mail to confirm my account, what should I do?
You may already have an account. Try to log in or select ‘Forgot password’. Then, using the email that we send you, you can create a new password.

How can I add a booking to my account?
Log in and add the reservation number of your booking. You will find your accommodation under ‘My Reservations’.

I want to delete my account. How can I do this?
Unfortunately you cannot delete your account yourself at the moment. We can delete your account details for you. Call the Contact Centre on +31-(0)70 300 35 06* 

*Note: when asking to have your account details deleted by phone, you will not receive written confirmation.

Go to ‘Log In’ and enter your account details.

I can’t log in. What should I do?
If you already have an account, you probably entered incorrect information. Select 'Forgot password' to try again. You can then create a new password to log in with. Have you not received your mail? Create a new account in this scenario. You don't have an account yet? Register for an account.

Go to ‘Log In’ and select ‘Forgot password’. We'll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

I have forgotten the e-mail address of my account. What should I do?
Try logging in with your e-mail address and select ‘Forgot password’. If your e-mail address is unknown, create a new account.

I get the message 'E-mail already exists’. What should I do?
You are trying to create a new account with an e-mail address of an existing account. Go back to the login screen and choose ‘Forgotten your password’.

I get the message ‘Invalid login or password'. What should I do?
This message means we do not recognise the e-mail address or password you have entered.

Forgotten your password.
If you have forgotten your password, go to ‘Forgotten your password’ on the login page.

If your login details are correct.
Note down the e-mail address and contact us via the Contact Centre on +31-(0)70 300 35 06.
