I haven't received a verification e-mail to confirm my account, what should I do?
You may already have an account. Try to log in or select ‘Forgot password’. Then, using the email that we send you, you can create a new password.

How can I add a booking to my account?
Log in and add the reservation number of your booking. You will find your accommodation under ‘My Reservations’.

I want to delete my account. How can I do this?
Unfortunately you cannot delete your account yourself at the moment. We can delete your account details for you. Call the Contact Centre on +31-(0)70 300 35 06* 

*Note: when asking to have your account details deleted by phone, you will not receive written confirmation.

Go to ‘Log In’ and enter your account details.

I can’t log in. What should I do?
If you already have an account, you probably entered incorrect information. Select 'Forgot password' to try again. You can then create a new password to log in with. Have you not received your mail? Create a new account in this scenario. You don't have an account yet? Register for an account.

Go to ‘Log In’ and select ‘Forgot password’. We'll send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

I have forgotten the e-mail address of my account. What should I do?
Try logging in with your e-mail address and select ‘Forgot password’. If your e-mail address is unknown, create a new account.

I get the message 'E-mail already exists’. What should I do?
You are trying to create a new account with an e-mail address of an existing account. Go back to the login screen and choose ‘Forgotten your password’.

I get the message ‘Invalid login or password'. What should I do?
This message means we do not recognise the e-mail address or password you have entered.

Forgotten your password.
If you have forgotten your password, go to ‘Forgotten your password’ on the login page.

If your login details are correct.
Note down the e-mail address and contact us via the Contact Centre on +31-(0)70 300 35 06.

Manage booking

Where can I find information about my payments?
Log in and go to ‘My reservations’. Select the reservation and look under payment information.

I have booked multiple accommodations at once. How can I add this reservation to the app?
Unfortunately, at the moment you cannot link a combination reservation to your My Landal account or the Landal app. You can contact our Contact Centre to add or delete travelling companions, to cancel your booking or to add a package.

You can find the invoice in the reservation confirmation e-mail we sent you.

Why can’t I see my booking in my account?
You can only add a reservation to your account if your e-mail address is the same as the e-mail address you provided when making your booking. If you made a booking using a different e-mail address, then create a new account with that e-mail address and add your booking to it. If you are using the correct e-mail address, log in to My Landal and manually add the booking. Enter your reservation number under ‘Add your booking’. You will then see this booking straight away when you are logged in to My Landal. If you are unable to do this, please contact us by phone.

Change details

How do I notify you of a change of address?
At the moment you can’t change your address online. To change your address, call the Contact Centre on +31-(0)70 300 35 06 and we will be happy to help you. .

How do I notify you of a name change?
You can do that easily in your My Landal account. You can change your name under ‘My details’. If you have made a booking and you want to change the name it is under, please contact us by phone.

Log in via your My Landal account and change your e-mail address under ‘My details’.

How can I reset my password?
You can change your password in your account via 'My details'. If you have forgotten your password, choose the option ‘Forgotten your password’ in the login screen.
