How do I log in on the Landal app?
You always log in with the same email address and password you use to log in on the website. Always log in with the email address that you used to make your booking with Landal. Your booking is linked to this. Forgot password? Select ‘forgot password’ when you log in. You will receive an email from us to reset your password. Make sure you also check your spam folder. Didn't receive an email? Then you probably don't have an account with this email address. Create an account 

Important: for some parks you will need a different account to reserve an activity or facility in the app. Unfortunately, these two accounts are not yet linked to each other.

What can I do with the Landal app?
Log in with the account information that you use to log in on the website. In the app you will find information about your booking, facilities, activities and restaurants or food and beverage services at the park in which you are staying. Here you can also view opening hours, contact information for the park reception, and make reservations, for example for bowling. The park map in the app helps you find your way around. You can also discover activities and attractions in the region around the park. At many parks, you can also use the app to open the door of your bungalow with your digital key.

Can I also use the Landal app if I don't have a reservation?
Absolutely! Select the park you want more information about and learn more about a wonderful holiday destination.

I am logged in on the app, but my booking has not been added yet. How do I do this?
Please follow these steps:
  1. Go to the Landal App
  2. Log in with your email address and password.
  3. Go to ‘Bookings’
  4. Select ‘Add booking’ 
  5. Enter the booking number. You will find the booking number in the booking confirmation we emailed to you.
  6. Your booking has now been added! 
  7. Go to ‘Bookings’ in the app to view the details of your bookings.

I have booked multiple accommodations at once. How can I add this reservation to the app?
I have booked multiple accommodations at once. How can I add these bookings to the app?
  • Go to the Landal App
  • Log in with your email address and password.
  • Go to ‘Bookings’
  • Select ‘Add booking’ 
  • You will have to add each booking separately. If your booking consists of five bungalows, add these separately with the corresponding reservation number. 
  • Enter the booking number. You will find the booking number in the booking confirmation we emailed to you.
  • Your booking has now been added! 
  • Go to ‘Bookings’ in the app to view the details of your bookings.

Unfortunately, this is not possible for any stays booked before 31 May 2022. In that case, you have a booking number that starts with an ‘M’. But you can also use the app without logging in. Would you like to reserve a restaurant or an activity? Just call the park reception.
