  • How many bungalows can I book?

    Via the website you can book a maximum of 4 accommodations. If you’d like to book multiple bungalows you can also contact our  Contact Center on tel.+31-(0)70 300 35 06. You can then book up to 9 bungalows at a time. To book more than 9 bungalows, please contact the Business Line on tel.  +31 (0)88 - 205 98 88 (local rate).

  • I haven't received a booking confirmation yet. What should I do?

    When Landal GreenParks processes your booking, Landal GreenParks sends you a booking confirmation and an invoice by e-mail within 3 days after the booking is made. You should check this confirmation for mistakes as soon as you receive it. Please inform Landal GreenParks immediately in the case of mistakes.

    If you have not received your booking confirmation and invoice within 3 days of booking, you should first check your 'spam mailbox'. If you can't find the booking confirmation here also then you must contact the Contact Centre immediately. If you do not, you will not be entitled to the booking. Always check with the Contact Center staff that your e-mail address is correct. Call the Contact Centre on +31-(0)70 300 35 06.

  • Can my booking confirmation be sent to me by post?

    No, Landal GreenParks will send your booking confirmation by e-mail, so that you receive your confirmation documents immediately after your booking has been processed. You will be sent an inspiration magazine by post a few weeks before your arrival. This will contain information about the park and the surrounding area.

  • I have lost my booking confirmation. What should I do?

    You will receive your booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail within 3 days after your booking has been processed. Please call the Contact Center if you have lost your confirmation. We will then send your booking confirmation again by e-mail. You should keep this in a safe place, print it out and bring it with you to the park. Please call the Contact Center on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.

  • My invoice for a booking is incorrect. What should I do?

    When Landal GreenParks processes your booking, Landal GreenParks sends you a booking confirmation and an invoice by e-mail within 3 days after the booking is made. You should check this confirmation for mistakes as soon as you receive it. Please inform Landal GreenParks immediately in the case of mistakes. Please do this by telephone. Discounts and offers
  • How can I book a special offer or last minute by phone?

    If you wish to book a special offer, you can do this online now. If you prefer to book by telephone you will have to specify the offer code. This is specified in the description of the offer.

  • How can I book using a discount voucher?

    To take advantage of a special offer, you must always quote a code. This is always stated on the offer. Landal GreenParks often runs discount specials, so you must quote the code when booking with the reservations department. For reservations, please contact the Contact Centra via tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.

Change and cancel
  • How can I cancel my booking and what are the consequences?

    We recommend that you take out cancelation insurance when you make your booking. Without cancelation insurance or with cancelation insurance but without a valid reason, the following provisions will be applicable: If you cancel more than four weeks before the start of your stay, you will have to pay 30% of the price of rental sum. If you cancel within four weeks of the start of your stay, you will have to pay the full rental sum. If you end your stay prematurely, you will have to pay the full rental sum. If you cancel before the start of your stay, the booking will be cancelled immediately after you phone to cancel. It will then no longer be possible to revoke the order. If you end your stay prematurely, repayment will be in proportion to the number of nights you do not use. You must immediately notify the park reception of your early departure. Unused extras, such as bed linen, council taxes, booking costs, insurance, will not be refunded. Cancelation is only possible per accommodation, not per person. After you have paid the premium, the cancellation insurance will provide you with cover up to your departure from the park. 

  • My personal details on the booking are incorrect. How can I change them?

    If the personal details in your booking are incorrect, please contact the Contact Centre via tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.

  • How can I change my booking and/or book additional packages?

    Landal GreenParks is not obliged to accept any changes to the original agreement after it has been made. Landal GreenParks may at their discretion determine whether and to what extent any changes will be accepted. Changes to the arrival date and/or location are not permitted within 28 days of your arrival. In this case, a cancellation fee will be charged.

    You can call the Contact Centre to add a package to your booking. You can obtain information about changing your booking from the Contact Centre via tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.

Payments
  • Will I receive a payment confirmation after my payment?

    If you have paid via an electronic bank transfer, you will not receive a payment confirmation.

    If you have paid in “My Booking” via iDeal, PayPal or Credit Card, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

    You can check your reservation online via your booking confirmation. Click on the “My Booking” link at the top left.

    If you have not yet paid, you will receive a message from us.

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible as yet to view and pay for group bookings online.

  • When must I pay for my booking?

    When you make a booking you are required to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount. In the case of camping pitches, 50% of the fee must be paid.   

    Landal GreenParks must have received the remaining amount due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay at Landal GreenParks as specified in the booking confirmation.

    If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your stay, the entire amount must be paid immediately.

  • Is paying online safe?

    Security is very important to Landal GreenParks. We treat your information with strict confidence. We do this for you by: Working with a reliable partner such as Ogone Using a secure environment for the payments section A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect personal information when sending it over the internet. This will be apparent through the appearance of a padlock at the bottom right of your screen when you are in the online payment section. 
    SSL is an industry standard that is supported by most browsers, including Microsoft Explorer 2.1 and higher, Netscape Navigator 2.0 and higher, AOL 3.0 and higher and other popular web browsers. 

    We use it to fully encrypt the data related to your credit card or other form of payment, as well as your name, address and other personal information to ensure that when it is send over the internet third persons are unable to read it.

Insurances
  • Where can I find the claims form?

    If you have cancelled your booking and have a cancellation insurance, you can claim these costs from the insurance company. You can do this if the reason for the cancellation is covered by the conditions of the cancellation insurance. 

  • Why is it important to have a cancellation insurance?

    A carefree holiday with your family, partner or friends. A break from your daily routine to enjoy new surroundings in a natural environment. We will do our very best to ensure your stay is as relaxed and safe as possible. Unfortunately it is always possible for a calamity to force you to cancel your holiday. It is therefore important to have a suitable cancellation insurance. It is always possible for something to happen that makes you cancel your stay before your holiday. Know that this won't have any financial implications for you (cancellation costs). This cancellation insurance will reimburse (part of) the cost of your trip and it is so easy to purchase. The extra security is very reassuring.

Conditions
  • How old must you be to make a booking at Landal GreenParks?

    Landal GreenParks will only handle bookings made by people aged 18 or above. Any bookings made by people under the age of 18 will be invalid.
     
    Landal GreenParks reserves the right to refuse any non-standard bookings, in particular from groups, without providing a reason. Alternatively, Landal GreenParks may apply special conditions to the booking

  • What are the Terms and Conditions for Landal GreenParks?

  • What happens to my personal data?

    When you make a booking to stay at one of our parks, we need certain data from you. We also process data in other cases, such as requests for information, the administration of competitions and visits to our websites. When doing so, we also use the services of third parties who receive certain personal data and process these on behalf of Landal GreenParks. This occurs, for instance, for the distribution of brochures and the emailing or processing of our guest surveys. When you make a booking, obviously your data is shared with the park where you will be staying.

  • Why do I not get the Young Family, All Kids or 55+ discount?

    Landal GreenParks doesn't distinguish based on age or family situation. This gives better visibility into the correct prices during the booking process. Price transparency means that you will see the best available prices directly.
