When do I need to pay for my booking?
If you made your booking after 1 September 2026, we ask you to pay 50% of the total amount within 7 days and the remaining 50% no later than 8 weeks before arrival. For bookings with an arrival date within 9 weeks, we ask you to pay within 24 hours. For bookings with an arrival date within five days, you pay immediately when making your booking.
Did you make your booking before 1 September 2026? In that case, we ask you to pay 50% of the total amount within 3 days and the remaining 50% no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

Please note: if we do not receive payment before the final payment date, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Cancellation fees may apply (in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions).
