Take the family on an adventure! Dive to the bottom of the sea, crawl around in a shipwreck and catch crabs with your bare hands.
Hirtshals is a beacon in more than one sense of the word, rising out of the dunes close to the sea. It’s within walking distance of Hirtshals. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the top of the lighthouse, followed by a hot cup of coffee in the café.
Immerse yourself in history, and see how German soldiers lived in Hirtshals during World War II. The Bunker Museum is unique, as this is the only place in Denmark where you can see so many excavated bunkers in one place.
Have a great day out with the family at Fun-Park, a massive hands-on farm. There are lots of animals here, including domestic deer and more exotic varieties, such as racoons. There are also lots of fun activities for kids and the young at heart of all ages.
