Cycle over the Wadden Dike and enjoy the amazing views. With the wind in your hair, you'll really get that holiday feeling.

Set off together or with the whole family and enjoy the beautiful nature. From your accommodation, you can walk straight into the woodlands and dunes. Go on one of the many hiking trails or walk near one of the friendly villages around you, such as Hoorn, Lies and Oosterend. In addition to the many trails, you can explore the island during a mud flats trip. Walk on the mud flats under supervision. Who will be the first to spot a seal?

If you'd rather get on a bicycle, then Terschelling offers you a cycling network of some 70 kilometres. You can cycle over the entire length of the island along the mud flats and enjoy the view over the sea. Cycle over the Landerum heather and through the dunes of the nature reserve De Kooibosjes.
