Unique nature reserve, De Noordsvaarder
Take a walk through a genuine wilderness: a vast strip of beach with young dunes in the west of Terschelling. The 650-hectare area is an exceptional nature reserve with pioneer species, damp valleys, drifting sand dunes, vast sand banks and rare plant and bird species.

 Kids
The kids will have great fun at the playground: climbing and spinning, having the time of their life. Or walk to the beach and build a sandcastle. There is no time to be bored!
 Sports and games
Explore the island by tandem, cargo bike or a bike with a kids trailer: if it has wheels, you can likely rent it at the park. A GPS tour is also a fun way to discover the region. Head to the beach for some kite flying, land sailing or kite surfing, or visit the horse stables. There is always something fun to do.
 Hiking and cycling
From your accommodation you step straight into nature. Explore the forest on foot or by bike, climb the sand dunes or comb the beach looking for treasures. Cycle along the Waddendijk and admire the breathtaking vistas. For a truly unique experience go on a mudflat walking (wadloop) tour and walk across the exposed sea bottom at low tide.
 Swimming
Looking forward to swimming on your holiday? Dive into the water of indoor swimming pool De Dôbe, only 500 metres from the park (admission fee required). Float in the jetstream and race down the waterslide with the kids. In summer you can head to the beach and cool off with a refreshing ocean swim.
