Hiking

From your accommodation straight into nature, any direction you want. Into the woods, climb the dunes or go for a wonderful beach walk. Discover Terschelling's nature, together or with all the family. Go walking on the mud flats and discover them with a guide, a unique experience. For a relaxed trip in the middle of nature, walk to the Noordservaarder nature area.

Cycling

Cycle to the Brandaris, the Netherland's oldest lighthouse. Go on a bicycle tour through woods and dunes stopping at the Cranberry Factory in Formerum to learn about the arrival of the cranberry at Terschelling. A bicycle tour through De Boschplaat Nature Area will show you another side to the island, the salt marsh area with mud flats, beaches and dunes. After a fun-packed day outdoors, you sink into the sofa in your apartment.

Bicycle rental

You don't have to bring your own bicycle to explore the surrounding area of the park during your stay. Rent one, nice and convenient. You can rent ladies, men's and children's bicycles but also child seats, E-bikes, mountain bikes and tandems. You can collect these on arrival at the harbour or during your stay at the park.
