Is your energy label still valid?

Every holiday home must have a valid energy label. A property without an energy label may not be rented out. It is your responsibility to apply for and renew this label in good time. 

Energy labels have a limited period of validity, so check regularly whether the label for your property is still valid. If a property does not have a valid energy label, both Landal and you may be held liable.
