Fun in the water
The Ardennes is known for its many rivers and lakes, perfect for a cooling dip on warm days. The closest is Lake Neufchâteau (10 minutes' drive), where there's a beach and pedal boats and kayaks available for hire. There are also all kinds of smaller beaches and places to swim when the weather is nice, such as the River Semois. A 20-minute drive will take you to the beach of Nawés on the banks of this famous river, where you can enjoy the view and the natural, flowing bathing water. In and around Bouillon you'll find more small beaches and places where you can brave the water of the Semois by canoe or kayak.
Indoor and outdoor play
With both an indoor and outdoor playground at the park, fun needn't be weather-dependent here! Outside, kids can enjoy the playground equipment and seek adventure on the barefoot path; inside they can draw, do crafts and explore the wooden climbing castle with interactive elements. Always something to do!
Cross-country skiing in winter
When the snow falls, the area transforms into a winter sports landscape. There are several cross-country skiing routes near the park, allowing you to discover the natural environment at its most magical. Thanks to the hilly landscape, the routes involve both uphill and downhill skiing.
