Climb, swing and slide
Go on an adventure and climb up the Adventure Tower, via the climbing rack, the rope bridge and the tall stairs. Once you reach the top, don't forget to wave at mom and dad. Then you race back down along the slide and start all over again to make your way back to the top.

There is nothing better than taking your loyal dog with you on holiday! Our park not only features special dog-friendly bungalows, but also walking routes, an off leash area, an obstacle course, a swimming spot for dogs, a dog shower, a dog menu in the restaurant and plenty of dog treats and toys in the Parkshop. Don't leave your four-legged friend behind when you go on holiday!

The park is the perfect starting point for long bike and walking tours through the forests, heathlands and hills. Ride your mountain bike to the top of Holterberg, the most famous mountain in The Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. Or explore one of the nine walks along the historic walking trails (Wereldtijdpad).

The Brasserie at Landal Twenhaarsveld welcomes you for lunch or dinner. For a treat stop by the Snack Bar, pick up your groceries at the ParkShop for a fun dinner at your accommodation. Did you bring your dog on holidays? We even serve a special dog menu at the brasserie.
 Hiking and cycling
Surrounded by forest and heathlands, Landal Twenhaarsveld offers many biking and walking opportunities. Explore the historic trails of the Wereldtijdpad or bike across the heathlands and the hills. The vast network of bike trails brings you to the most beautiful corners of the Overijssel landscape. You can conveniently rent a bike at the park.
 With your dog
Go for a nice long walk in the off leash dog area, run across the obstacle course for dogs, cool off in our swimming spot for dogs, then take a nice warm shower in the dog shower and recover from an active day in the dog friendly bungalow. At Landal Twenhaarsveld, your loyal family pet is a treasured guest.
 Sports and games
Discover beautiful green nature by walking the Discovery Track. Challenge yourself on one of the many sports fields, compete in a laser game, try your hand at archery or play a round of bowling. Invite others to a friendly competition of miniature golf or cool off on the water playground. Can't decide what to do? Take a look at the Fun & Entertainment programme for more ideas!  Kids
Kids enjoy a wide selection of activities: creative arts and crafts in the Brasserie, playtime in the Tipi tent or climbing up the Adventure Tower. During holidays, there is an extensive activity programme for young and old, the rest of the year we have all kinds of do-it-yourself activities in the park.
 Beauty and wellness
A moment for yourself. Enjoy a beauty treatment or massage in the beauty parlour. Various treatments are available on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
 Swimming
Children love racing down the waterslide in the indoor swimming pool while you relax in the bubble bath. There is also a paddling pool for toddlers who want to play in and around the water. Next to the park you will also find an outdoor swimming pool, open from May to August (admission fee applies).

Welcome to Landal Twenhaarsveld

The Holterberg in Overijssel is one of the few mountains in the Netherlands. It is almost 60 metres high and is part of the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park. You will find Landal Twenhaarsveld precisely at the foot of this mountain. This woodland site and car-free holiday park has many facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, restaurant and water games area.

The accommodations form the ideal starting point for hiking, bicycle or covered wagon trips through Twente. The village of Holten is around the corner and the Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zutphen are some 20 kilometres from the park. Your legs will be your best asset here. Because of the location at the Holtenberg, you will want to walk and cycle every day. Take your dog with you because he can live it up in the dog swimming area and have a nice dog shower afterwards at the park.
