Within a half-hour drive, you'll be a guest at our southern neighbors in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, which is in a very special and attractive location. Popular not just with holidaymakers, but also with special guests for whom the Zwin Nature Park has served as a true 'international bird airport' for many years. In this beautiful nature park, you may see rare plants and 350 different bird species, like the avocet, ringed plover, woodlark, nightingale, and bluethroat, which visit every year. For example, to breed, hibernate, and forage for food.

Dormio Resorts & Hotels is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 and on Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00.
 Food and drinks
Sample delicious regional specialties in restaurant De Smokkelaar and de Brasserie. Sip a drink on the terrace while basking in the warm sunshine. Stop by our take-out service, snack shop or Minishop to bring back some goodies to your bungalow. Our sandwich delivery service, grocery delivery and various packages provide you with all the convenience you need for a relaxing holiday.
 Kids
Children love climbing at the indoor playground, running around the outdoor playground or jumping on the air trampoline. You can keep an eye on them from the terrace. On the water they play with the pull raft, splash around on the water playground or try the zip line. The Fun & Entertainment-team only add to the fun!
 Sports and games
See if the fish are biting in the creek, swoosh down the zip line or challenge each other to a friendly match on the sports field. If you like, you can also play a game of table tennis, lawn bowling or Adventure Golf. The indoor amusement arcade is also a fun attraction for the whole family. Nobody will get bored!

Have fun in the water with the whole family. Splash around in our indoor swimming pool, swim laps, unwind on the water-jet bench, or compete to see who can swim the furthest underwater!
 Hiking and cycling
Breathe in the fresh air with a beach walk or a stroll through the nature reserves of De Verdronken Zwarte Polder or Het Zwin. Rent a bicycle at the park and venture out on one of the many marked bike routes. Ride through the dunes, along the coast and through historic towns. Take your time to discover the most beautiful spots in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen.
