Arrival and departure
On arrival at the park, please report to park reception. You will then receive your keys and welcome information. Please contact us if you expect to arrive late.

Payment options at the park
Cash, EC bank card (Maestro) with PIN, credit card (American Express, Visa and Mastercard).
Pets
Maximum of one pet per villa (must be mentioned on booking). Surcharge for each pet: € 5.75 per night. The accommodation type 4C is petfree. At the camping of Eifel Prümtal two pets per pitch are allowed.

Free Wi-Fi at the park. Due to the floods in July 2021 and the storm in February 2022, there may still be internet problems in some accommodations.
