Good to know

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00 on day of departure. The bar is open until 22:00 for support once reception is closed.

Reception Opening Hours

Reception is open 08:00 - 20:00.

We now operate on a contactless check-in, the guests will be sent a resort map and code to access their accommodation prior to check-in.

Hot tubs

Please note for hot tub accommodations, due to the maintenance and cleaning process we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be ready for 4pm. Please ensure that you read the hot tub etiquette which is located in your accommodation on arrival.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations.

Parking

There is on car parking space for each accommodation. Further spaces are available in the main car park.

Deposit

Please be aware a refundable security deposit will be required upon or prior to your arrival. This is fully refundable providing there is no damage to the property during your stay. Some deposits may take up to 5 business days to return to your account.

Travel cot

Please note, cot mattress and linen are not supplied, so please remember to bring these with you if needed. The dimensions of the travel cot are 23 inches x 34 inches (58.4cm x 86.3cm).
