Landal Sandybrook can now be booked

The fourth Landal GreenParks holiday park in Great Britain, Landal Sandybrook, can now be booked. The park is located close to the town of Ashbourne in a beautiful natural area south of the Peak District National Park, between Manchester and Birmingham. Great Britain is one of the nine European countries where the Landal is active.

Landal Sandybrook is situated close to Landal Darwin Forest, the first Landal park in England. The Peak District National Park is a great tourist attraction which makes the region popular not only among the British, but also holidaymakers from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The surrounding area offers beautiful landscapes and many exhilarating outdoor activities.

Fantastic location and excellent facilities
The park has 55 chalets, including a number of luxury chalets with a hot tub. The central amenities are being expanded with new indoor activities. Guests can use the swimming pool where they can ‘walk on water’ in the large inflatable WaterWalkerz balls, take snorkeling lessons with qualified instructors or go on a voyage of discovery with the underwater scooters. There is also a games area and playing field. The park and the surrounding area are excellently suited to outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, mountain biking and mountain climbing. “We are off to a good start in England, and it’s great to see how British holidaymakers are discovering and appreciating our Landal parks. England is also a very popular destination among our guests from the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany and we are happy to accommodate them by now offering Landal Sandybrook through our website”, says Erik van Essen, commercial director of Landal GreenParks.

Four new parks in a little over a year
For Landal GreenParks, Landal Sandybrook is the fourth new park opened in Great Britain in just over a year. Landal previously opened Landal Darwin Forest in the Peak District National Park, Landal Kielder Waterside situated in the Northumberland National Park on the England-Scotland border and Landal Gwel an Mor located on the coast of Cornwall.
