This 300 km long trail runs from Aachen to Trier, the oldest city in Germany. The Eifelsteig also passes through the "Hautes Fagnes" region, the Roerdal and the European Geopark Vulkaaneifel.

The 650 hectare Lampertsdal has many trails taking you through varying landscapes. The valley is known for its 12 km of juniper bushes. Don't miss the myriads of flowers and vegetation that grow in the chalky soil.
