Can I still book a holiday?
Yes, you can book a stay at Landal GreenParks and enjoy your holiday surrounded by nature. The measurements can differ per country. Please check the FAQ questions in the category "situation per country" for more information.

Am I still able to book any type of accommodation?
All accomodations are bookable. Please note the following per country:
The Netherlands
There is a maximum of 2 people (children younger than 13 excluded), unless the group exists out of one household. So it is not possible to book a stay with more than 2 people (household excluded). We see a household as: spouses, registered partners or other life partners, parents, grand-parents and kids, as long as they live at the same adress.
Belgium
There is a maximum of 3 people in the social bubble (next to your household). This means you can book a stay with your household and 3 people from outside your household.
Germany
There is a maximum of 10 people per accommodation. The maximum may differ per region - please read the park specific information in the booking process.

What do I have to do if I want to rebook?
Please contact the Contact Centre. Due to the coronavirus measures, we have made an adjustment to our terms and conditions. Please see the possibilities for rebooking in the general terms and conditions that apply to you. This will depend on the date on which you made your booking.

Can I change my stay to a different date?
In many cases you can move your stay to another date. Please contact the Contact Centre. Due to the coronavirus measures, we have made an adjustment to our terms and conditions. Please see the possibilities for rebooking in the general terms and conditions that apply to you. This will depend on the date on which you made your booking.

Can I cancel my stay?
You can cancel your stay free of charge within 14 days after making the reservation, as long as you cancel more than 28 days before the start of the stay. Did you book longer ago or is your stay within 28 days, then we refer you to the general terms and conditions
that apply to your booking. This will depend on the date on which you made your booking. -
When I rebook my stay to a later period, and this will be more expensive, do I pay additional costs?
If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you will be required to pay the extra price difference.

If I change my stay now and I want to change it again later, is that possible?
You can change your stay up to 28 days before your arrival date.

Are there any special booking conditions considering Corona?
The coronavirus measures have resulted in extraordinary circumstances for Landal GreenParks. That is why we have made a temporary adjustment to our terms and conditions. View the bookingsconditions that are applicable to you. This will depend on the date on which you made your booking.

I have taken out a cancellation insurance with Europ Assistance via Landal GreenParks. What are my rights if I want to cancel my stay?
You will find the answers to many frequently asked questions about cancellation insurance on the Europ Assistance website. Here you can read when you can use the cancellation insurance and how you file a claim. If you are unable to find the answer to your questions, we kindly ask you to contact Europ Assistance directly.

I booked through a travel agency. Can I also rebook?
If you have made your booking through a travel agency, you can also rebook to another period and / or a different park. For more information, please contact the travel agency where you have booked.

Are face masks mandatory when visiting the parks?
The Netherlands
At the Dutch parks face masks are not mandatory, but it is recommended by the government.. Face masks are mandatory in all public transport.
Are you visiting the Wadden Islands? Please make sure you wear a face mask when you travel by boat. The ferry to the Wadden Islands is also a public transport.
Germany
At our parks in Germany its mandatory to wear a face mask in all public places in and around the parks.
Austria
In Austria it is mandatory to wear a face mask in banks, restaurants, public transport, mountain lifts and all medical facilities. In additon, masks must be worn if a minimum distance of 1 meter cannot be maintained. This rule doesn't apply to children under an age of 7 and people with certain illness. -
Are the parks open?
The opening of parks might differ based on local corona measures. Please check the most up to date information in the FAQ category "Situation per country". The health of our guests and employees is of primary importance. We follow the guidelines of the local authorities in each country. This means that we will temporarily close the facilities in our parks if needed.

Are the parks open for day guests?
Unfortunatly we can not welcome day guests yet.

Which facilities at the parks are still open?
We're very happy that most of our parks have opened again. Unfortunately not all facilities have opened up again. We keep the measures of local governments in mind.
Most of the following facilities will be open (with measures):
- Shops
- Restaurants and terraces
- Bike rental
- Take-away / snackbar
- Swimmingpools and outdoor waters
- Midgetgolf
- Sports fields and playgrounds
Also there will be a customized activities program. -
Are the campings open?
All our campings in the Netherlands are open.The campings in Germany remain closed until January 31th 2021.

Why do some parks close, and some parks stay open?
Each park of Landal GreenParks is unique, the range of our facilities and the location differ per park. We therefore carefully weigh up the measures we take per country and per park. We follow local government restrictions per country. Therefore some parks might be closed (temporarily).

What is the current situation in the Netherlands?
All our parks are open. Unfortunately due to measures by the Dutch government we had to close down all facilities, with the exception the parkshops and the take-away / delivery.

What is the current situation in Germany?
Due to strict measures in Germany, our German parks are closed from November 2nd 2020 until February 14th 2021.
This includes the following holiday parks: Landal Mont Royal, Landal Sonnenberg, Landal Eifeler Tor, Landal Wirfttal, Landal Warsberg, Landal Hochwald, Landal Travemünde, Landal Winterberg, Landal Dwergter Sand, Landal Salztal Paradies and Ferienpark Marissa.
These measures apply until February 14th. The Landal holiday homes or flats can be booked again from February 15th onwards and are the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a feeling of security. We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday parks soon.

What is the current situation in Belgium?
Due to strict measures in Belgium, our Belgian holiday parks are unfortunately closed from November 3, 2020 up to and including February 28, 2021. The highest priority is the health of our guests and employees. We are closely following the developments of the federal government and hope to welcome you again soon at one of our holiday parks.

What is the current situation in Denmark?
All our parks in Denmark are open, we take appropriate measures to offer you a carefree stay. With the adjustments we have made to our parks, your holiday at Landal GreenParks will look slightly different than you are used to. In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we closely follow the measures taken by local authorities. As a result, not all facilities may be open, and not all activities may continue. We do our best to offer you a safe and good stay, taking the measures into account.

What is the current situation in Austria?
Due to strict measures in Austria, our Austrian parks are closed until February 28th 2021.
The Landal holiday homes or flats (except Landal Resort Maria Alm) can be booked again from February 28th 2021 onwards and are the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a feeling of security. Landal Resort Maria Alm will remain closed until March 25, 2021. We look forward to welcoming you to our holiday parks soon. -
What is the current situation in Switserland?
All parks in Switserland are open again. We take appropriate measures to offer you a carefree stay. With the adjustments we have made to our parks, your holiday at Landal GreenParks will look slightly different than you are used to.
In order to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we closely follow the measures taken by local authorities. As a result, not all facilities may be open, and not all activities may continue. We do our best to offer you a safe and good stay, taking the measures into account. -
What is the current situation in Czech?
Due to the measures taken by the Czech government to contain the coronavirus, our Landal Marina Lipno holiday park will be closed until December 31, 2020.

What is the current situation in Hungary?
The Hungarian government has decided that from September 1, 2020, foreign citizens may only enter Hungary in justified exceptional cases or for justified reasons. How long the border closure will last is still unknown. Please check the website of the Hungarian government for the latest entry regulations for your country of origin

What is the current situation in Great Britain?
Travel restrictions apply in and to Great Britain. Unfortunately it is not possible to make a booking for the parks in Great Britain with arrival until February 28, 2021. As soon as the situation changes, we will update it here.

What is a leisure voucher?
The leisure voucher is an online payment method you can use for your new booking if your stay at one of our parks had to be cancelled because the park is closed.
This sector-wide implemented leisure voucher was introduced because of the exceptional and unforeseen situation resulting from the spread of the coronavirus. This arrangement was implemented in consultation with the Consumer and Markets Authority (ACM) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
The leisure voucher can be used for one year after issuance and can be redeemed as payment for a new booking. You will be able to choose from any accommodation that is currently available on our website.
If you haven’t used the full or remaining value of your leisure voucher by the end of the expiry date, we will refund you the remaining amount.

How does the leisure voucher work?
You can redeem the leisure voucher as an online payment method for a new booking via our website. How you can use your leisure voucher exactly, you can read in the e-mail in which you receive the leisure voucher. Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem your leisure voucher online for a combination reservation consisting of multiple bungalows. In that case, please call our Contact Centre to redeem your leisure voucher. The leisure voucher can be redeemded in combination with a creditcard. If you do not possess a credit card, please contact our Contact Centre for your booking.

When do I receive a leisure voucher?
You will receive a leisure voucher if you have booked a stay during a time that a park is closed. You don’t need to do anything. You will automatically receive an email from us with the leisure voucher.

I have only paid my first instalment payment. What will happen with my second instalment payment if my booking is cancelled?
If the park is closed on your arrival date, your second instalment payment will be cancelled. You will receive a leisure voucher for the value of the amount you have already paid.

I booked through a travel agency. Can I also receive a Leisure voucher?
If you have made your booking through a travel agency, adapted conditions apply for the Leisure voucher. For more information, please contact the travel agency where you have booked.

What are the benefits of a voucher?
- You can make an online booking yourself.
- You can make the booking when you please, it is valid up to one year after you have received the leisure voucher.
- You can choose from all parks and for all stays that are bookable on the website.
If at the end of the period of validity of the voucher you have not yet used it or have not used it in full, we will refund the remaining amount to you. ebsite. -
For what timeperiod is the leisure voucher valid?
The leisure voucher is valid for one year after you have received it. That's why it is important that you redeem your leisure voucher within one year. Your new stay doesn't need to take place within this year. You can choose from the stays that are bookable on our website on that moment.

Do I have to spend the total amount of the leisure voucher in one time?
No, you can decide how you want to spend the value of the leisure voucher. If you make a new booking for a lower amount than the value of the leisure voucher, the remainder will remain on the leisure voucher. We therefore advise you to keep the leisure voucher in a safe place. Please note that you can redeem the leisure voucher for a new booking up to a maximum of one year after it has been issued. If you have not used the full value of your leisure voucher after one year, we will refund the remainder to you.

I don't have an email adress on which I can receive a leisure voucher, what should I do?
We need an email adress to send the leisure voucher to. We ask you to make an email adress or send an email adress of a close family member to our Contact Center.

What value is on the leisure voucher?
The leisure voucher has the value of the travel sum that you have already have paid.
