  • Can I still book a holiday?

    Of course you can still spend your holiday with us. Most of our parks are open, so you can continue to enjoy a stay surrounded by nature. We follow the guidelines of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) or other local measures. Most of the following facilities will be open (with measures):
    - Shops
    - Restaurants and terraces
    - Bike rental
    - Take-away / snackbar
    - Swimmingpools and outdoor waters
    - Bowling
    - Midgetgolf
    - Sports fields and playgrounds

    The reception and technical service are also available.

  • Am I still able to book any type of accommodation?

    All accomodations are bookable. Please note the following per country:

    The Netherlands
    You are welcome at our parks with more than one household in the same accommodation, as long as the 1,5 meter distance to other households is held. We see a household as: spouses, registered partners or other life partners, parents, grand-parents and kids, as long as they live at the same adress. 

    Belgium
    From July 1st onwards there is a maximum of 15 people per accommodation. 

    Germany
    There is a maximum of 10 people per accommodation.

  • Will we still be able to book one accommodation for multiple families or a group of friends?

    The Netherlands
    You are welcome at our parks with more than one household in the same accommodation, as long as the 1,5 meter distance to other households is held.   • Are face masks mandatory when visiting the parks?

    The Netherlands
    At the Dutch parks face masks are not mandatory. But face masks are mandatory in all public transport. 

    Are you visiting the Wadden Islands? Please make sure you wear a face mask when you travel by boat. The ferry to the Wadden Islands is also a public transport. 

    Germany
    At our parks in Germany its mandatory to wear a face mask in all public places in and around the parks. 

    Austria
    In Austria it is mandatory to wear a face mask until june 15, 2020.

  • Are the parks open?

    Almost all our parks are open, so that you can continue to enjoy a stay surrounded by nature. The health of our guests and employees is of primary importance. We follow the guidelines of RIVM and the local authorities in other countries. This means that we will temporarily close the facilities in our parks. To maintain the distance of 1.5 meters, we don’t rent bungalows directly next to each other. In chained bungalows, you will not have direct neighbors.

  • Are the parks open for day guests?

    As a result of RIVM's Corona guidelines, we have had to close facilities at our parks for the time being, such as restaurants, swimming pools, bowling and the Kids Club. The health of our guests and employees is of primary importance. This means that there is currently no daytime recreation possible at our parks.

  • Which facilities at the parks are still open?

    We're very happy that most of our parks have opened again. Unfortunately not all facilities have opened up again. We keep the measures of local governments in mind.

  • Are the campings open?

    Yes, all our campings in the Netherlands and Germany are open. 

  • Why do some parks close, and some parks stay open?

    Each park of Landal GreenParks is unique, the range of our facilities and the location differ per park. We therefore carefully weigh up the measures we take per country and per park.

  • What is the current situation in Denmark?

    The Danish border is open again! However, borders to Sweden, the UK, Ireland, Portugal and Romania remain closed for now.

  • What is the current situation in Czech?

    The Czech borders have opened from June 15, 2020, please take into account that there still are restrictions if you visit from different countries. Please visit the website of the Ministry of  interrior of the Czech Republic for the status per country. 

    If you made your booking before June 2, 2020, you will receive an email from us with your leisure voucher. We offer you a leisure voucher in the amount of the travel sum you have already paid. You can then decide for what period you would like to rebook your stay. For more information, please see this page under ‘Leisure voucher’.

  • What is the current situation in Great Britain?

    All holiday parks in Great Britain are open again with the necessary adjustments. We take appropriate measures to offer you a carefree stay. With the adjustments we have made to our parks, your holiday at Landal GreenParks will look slightly different than you are used to.

    Not all facilities and activities can be opened at this time. We do our best to offer you a safe and good stay, taking the measures into account.

Leisure voucher
  • What is a leisure voucher?

    The leisure voucher is an online payment method you can use for your new booking if your stay at one of our parks had to be cancelled because the park is closed.

    This sector-wide implemented leisure voucher was introduced because of the exceptional and unforeseen situation resulting from the spread of the coronavirus. This arrangement was implemented in consultation with the Consumer and Markets Authority (ACM) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

    The leisure voucher can be used for one year after issuance and can be redeemed as payment for a new booking. You will be able to choose from any accommodation that is currently available on our website.

    If you haven’t used the full or remaining value of your leisure voucher by the end of the expiry date, we will refund you the remaining amount.

  • How does the leisure voucher work?

    You can redeem the leisure voucher as an online payment method for a new booking via our website. How you can use your leisure voucher exactly, you can read in the e-mail in which you receive the leisure voucher. Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem your leisure voucher online for a combination reservation consisting of multiple bungalows. In that case, please call our Contact Centre to redeem your leisure voucher. The leisure voucher can be redeemded in combination with a creditcard. If you do not possess a credit card, please contact our Contact Centre for your booking.

  • When do I receive a leisure voucher?

    You will receive a leisure voucher if you have booked a stay during a time that a park is closed. You don’t need to do anything. You will automatically receive an email from us with the leisure voucher.
