I have booked a stay and want to change the travel dates, accommodation or the duration of stay I have booked. Is this possible?
If your scheduled arrival date is more than 28 days from today’s date, it is still possible for you to change your travel date. To do so, please get in touch with our Contact Centre on: +31 88 205 9000. We will be happy to provide you with further individual assistance. The price of the booking will remain the same or will be increased. If the updated booking is more expensive, you will of course need to pay the difference.

If the booking has an arrival date less than 28 days from today, it is unfortunately not possible to change the travel dates.

Can I change the house number of my accommodation?
The house number of your accommodation can be found in the Landal app and in your MyLandal account from 1 week before arrival. Would you prefer a different house number? Then you can register this for a fee (€35) by calling our Contact Center.

I want to rebook to another park. Is that possible?
If the arrival date is not (yet) within 28 days from today, you can rebook your stay to another park. You can contact our Contact Center via: +31 88 205 9000. We are happy to help you personally. The rent of the booking remains the same or increases. If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you pay the difference extra.

For reservations with an arrival date within 28 days, it is unfortunately not possible to book the stay to another park.

I want to add or remove a travel companion. How can I do that?
You can easily do this yourself within MyLandal account. Go to the details of your reservation, there you will find the details of your travel companions under 'travel group'. Here you can change your travel group: you can add or remove a travel companion yourself. This concerns travel companions who stay the same number of days as you and not family / friends who stay overnight.

Adjusted price quote
Based on this, we recalculate the total price of your stay. You will also receive this adjusted quote from us by email. Have you added a travel companion? Then you can pay the amount that has been added under 'Payment information'. Is someone no longer going, and have you already paid for this? Then you will receive this payment back from us on arrival at the park.

Tip: Also enter the details of the people you are staying with at the park, so that you can check in faster and enjoy your stay.

I would like to receive visitors during my stay. How does this work?
Piece of cake! You do not have to inform us if your visitors are not staying overnight. Are they planning to sleep over? Well, they can. You will then pay for bed linen and tourist tax for each person. Please inform the Contact Center via +31 88 205 9000.

Cancellations

I would like to cancel my booking. How can I do this?
This is easy to do via your MijnLandal account. Log in and click on the booking you wish to cancel; after that, the process will be self-explanatory. Depending on the arrival date and when the booking is made, we may charge you a fee for cancellations. For cancellations made up to 28 days before the arrival date, the fee is 30% of the total travel sum. If your scheduled arrival date is within the next 28 days, you must pay 100% of the total travel sum. If you booked your stay 14 days ago or less, and the arrival date is more than 28 days in the future, you will pay no cancellation fee.

Important: When you cancel a booking, this is not the same as requesting a leisure voucher. If you have booked a stay at a moment when the park in question is closed, you are entitled to receive a leisure voucher. This will require no action on your part: we will automatically email you the leisure voucher.

How much of my travel sum will I get back if I cancel now?
If the arrival date is more than 28 days away at the time of cancellation, you are entitled to a full or partial refund. The percentage of the travel sum that you get back is determined based on how many days ago you booked. For instance:
- If you cancel within 14 days of booking your stay, you will be refunded 100% of the travel sum.
- If you cancel more than 14 days after booking your stay, you will be refunded 70% of the travel sum.

When you cancel a booking with a scheduled arrival date less than 28 days away, you are unfortunately not entitled to a refund. In such cases, you will pay 100% of the travel sum.

What happens if I cancel a booking with a scheduled arrival date less than 28 days from today?
In that case, unfortunately, you will not be entitled to a refund and must pay 100% of the travel sum. If you are unsure about the date(s) on which you scheduled your stay, you can change the date(s) until 28 days before your arrival. Be sure to do this in a timely fashion so that it will be possible. You can change a booking until 28 days before arrival. To do so, please contact our Contact Centre.

The arrival date of my reservation is within 30 days. Can I still cancel the reservation?
It is possible for it to be cancelled, however in this case you will pay 100% of the total travel amount.
