  • Will I receive a payment confirmation after my payment?

    If you have paid via an electronic bank transfer, you will not receive a payment confirmation.

    If you have paid in “My Booking” via iDeal, PayPal or Credit Card, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

    You can check your reservation online via your booking confirmation. Click on the “My Booking” link at the top left.

    If you have not yet paid, you will receive a message from us.

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible as yet to view and pay for group bookings online.

  • I have lost my booking confirmation. What should I do?

    You will receive your booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail within 3 days after your booking has been processed. Please call the Contact Center if you have lost your confirmation. We will then send your booking confirmation again by e-mail. You should keep this in a safe place, print it out and bring it with you to the park. Please call the Contact Center on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.

  • My invoice for a booking is incorrect. What should I do?

    When Landal GreenParks processes your booking, Landal GreenParks sends you a booking confirmation and an invoice by e-mail within 3 days after the booking is made. You should check this confirmation for mistakes as soon as you receive it. Please inform Landal GreenParks immediately in the case of mistakes. Please do this by telephone. Please call the Contact Center on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.

  • When must I pay for my booking?

    When you make a booking you are required to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount. In the case of camping pitches, 50% of the fee must be paid.   

    Landal GreenParks must have received the remaining amount due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay at Landal GreenParks as specified in the booking confirmation.

    If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your stay, the entire amount must be paid immediately.

  • Is paying online safe?

    Security is very important to Landal GreenParks. We treat your information with strict confidence. We do this for you by: Working with a reliable partner such as Ogone Using a secure environment for the payments section A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect personal information when sending it over the internet. This will be apparent through the appearance of a padlock at the bottom right of your screen when you are in the online payment section. 
    SSL is an industry standard that is supported by most browsers, including Microsoft Explorer 2.1 and higher, Netscape Navigator 2.0 and higher, AOL 3.0 and higher and other popular web browsers. 

    We use it to fully encrypt the data related to your credit card or other form of payment, as well as your name, address and other personal information to ensure that when it is send over the internet third persons are unable to read it.

  • Which payment methods are there?

  • Will I receive a booking confirmation after I pay online?

    Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail after making an online payment. Please save this confirmation as proof of your booking.

    The night registration form will also be attached to your booking confirmation. To simplify the process of checking in for you, please print the voucher at home, complete it in full and hand it to reception when you arrive at the park.

    Booking confirmation not received

    If you have not received your booking confirmation and invoice within 3 days of booking, you should first check your 'spam mailbox'. If you can't find the booking confirmation here also then you must contact the Contact Centre immediately. If you do not, you will not be entitled to the booking. Always check with the Contact Centre staff that your e-mail address is correct. Call the Contact Centre on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.

  • What happens during the online payment procedure when I make my booking?

    After you have completed the booking process, you will be presented with a page that will enable you to check your booking details. If this data is correct, you can save the booking by clicking on the appropriate button. You will then arrive in the payment process. This is where the actual payment takes place. 

    NB: You must fully complete this payment process to finalise your booking.

  • Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?

    People often talk of the hazards of using a credit card to pay over the internet. Our site does not store your credit card information (number, expiry date, name of the cardholder) but instead uses a very advanced encryption technology when transmitting the data.We accept:

    We ensure that all your data is transmitted safely by using Secure Socket Layers (SSL), an advanced internet security system that protects your information. The booking system used by Landal GreenParks therefore protects all credit card and address information. The data is not stored on our site so your privacy is guaranteed. In addition: Landal GreenParks does not have access to your credit card information, because the communication is directly with the credit card company. Credit card numbers are constantly checked by the credit card companies against a blacklist. An unwanted payment made using your credit card can be reversed within 30 days.
