When you make a booking you are required to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount. In the case of camping pitches, 50% of the fee must be paid.

If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your stay, the entire amount must be paid immediately.

Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail after making an online payment. Please save this confirmation as proof of your booking.

If you can't find the booking confirmation here also then you must contact the Contact Centre immediately. If you do not, you will not be entitled to the booking.
