  • How long in advance can I order a Landal Gift Card?

    If you order the Landal Gift Card on a Monday before 5 pm, the card will arrive on Tuesday. If you order the Landal Gift Card on a Saturday, it will be delivered on a Tuesday.

  • Where can I buy a Landal Gift Card?

    You can buy the gift card here. You can choose an amount between € 5 and € 150. We have gift cards that we send by post and electronic gift cards that we send to the recipient by email.

  • How do I know that my order was successful?

    You will receive a confirmation email from us about your order. Did you not receive a confirmation email? First check whether this email ended up in your spam folder. If not, then please contact our Contact Centre on 0900 - 8842 (standard call charges apply).

  • How is my Landal Gift Card packaged?

    When you order a gift card that will be received by post, the card is packaged in a leaflet and is sent out in an envelope with an accompanying letter.

Payment
  • How do I know whether my payment was received correctly?

  • What should I do if my payment was not successful?

    If you are unable to order a gift card because your payment was not successful, please contact our Contact Centre on 0900 - 8842 (standard call charges apply). We will be pleased to provide further assistance.

  • Can I also pay for my gift card with a credit card?

    If you would like to order a gift card, then you can pay immediately online. It is possible to pay by creditcard (Visa and Mastercard). 

  • Do I have to pay for postage?

    Yes. The postage cost is €2.40.

Activation and redemption
  • How can I activate my gift card?

    The balance on the gift card is not activated when the order is sent out for security reasons. It is quick and easy for you to activate the card using the activation code that you will receive by email. Click on Activate Gift Card and enter the number of your gift card and the activation code. Your gift card is now activated and ready for use.

  • How do I redeem a Landal Gift Card?

    You have received a Landal Gift Card. Now it is time to redeem your gift.

    • First, choose a destination. Landal GreenParks has over 85 holiday parks in the Netherlands and abroad, all located right in the middle of nature.
    • Then book your holiday online. You can redeem the gift card in the payment options. You can do this by entering the card number (and security code) of your card.
    • The security code is on the back of the card under the scratch layer.
    • The credit on the gift card will then be automatically adjusted.

  • My card does not work. What should I do now?

    Did you receive a gift card by post? If you did, you need to activate it first. It is quick and easy to do this using the activation code that you will receive by email. Click on Activate Gift Card and enter the number of your gift card and the activation code. Your gift card is now activated and ready for use. Is your card still not working after activation? If this is the case, please contact our Contact Centre on 0900 - 8842 (standard call charges apply).

  • Do I have to spend a Landal Gift Card in one go?

    No, that is not necessary. The amount remaining on your Landal Gift Card will be stored and you can use it next time you visit. You can check the balance on your Landal Gift Card here.
