  • Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail after making an online payment. Please save this confirmation as proof of your booking.

    If you have paid via an electronic bank transfer, you will not receive a payment confirmation.

    If you have paid in “My Booking” via iDeal, PayPal or Credit Card, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

    You can check your reservation online via your booking confirmation. Click on the “My Booking” link at the top left.

    The night registration form will also be attached to your booking confirmation. To simplify the process of checking in for you, please print the voucher at home, complete it in full and hand it to reception when you arrive at the park.

    Booking confirmation not received

    If you have not received your booking confirmation and invoice within 3 days of booking, you should first check your 'spam mailbox'. If you can't find the booking confirmation here also then you must contact the Contact Centre immediately. If you do not, you will not be entitled to the booking. Always check with the Contact Centre staff that your e-mail address is correct. Call the Contact Centre on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.
  • At Landal GreenParks you are assigned the bungalow number directly on arrival at the park. It is possible to book a bungalow with a specific number in advance.

    You can do this by making a preference booking. The cost of doing this is € 25.
  • Of course you can reserve (extra) children’s furniture. Please state when booking:
    • Child’s bed incl. bed linen (at Landal Resort Maria Alm: € 15)
    • Highchair
    • Playpen € 5,95
  • We recommend that you take out cancelation insurance when you make your booking. Without cancelation insurance or with cancelation insurance but without a valid reason, the following provisions will be applicable: If you cancel more than four weeks before the start of your stay, you will have to pay 30% of the price of rental sum. If you cancel within four weeks of the start of your stay, you will have to pay the full rental sum. If you end your stay prematurely, you will have to pay the full rental sum. If you cancel before the start of your stay, the booking will be cancelled immediately after you phone to cancel. It will then no longer be possible to revoke the order. If you end your stay prematurely, repayment will be in proportion to the number of nights you do not use. You must immediately notify the park reception of your early departure. Unused extras, such as bed linen, council taxes, booking costs, insurance, will not be refunded. Cancelation is only possible per accommodation, not per person. After you have paid the premium, the cancellation insurance will provide you with cover up to your departure from the park. 
  • At Landal GreenParks it is possible to extend your booking just before/during your stay. This is only possible if there is still sufficient accommodation available.

  • You will receive your booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail within 3 days after your booking has been processed. Please call the Contact Center if you have lost your confirmation. We will then send your booking confirmation again by e-mail. You should keep this in a safe place, print it out and bring it with you to the park. Please call the Contact Center on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.
  • When Landal GreenParks processes your booking, Landal GreenParks sends you a booking confirmation and an invoice by e-mail within 3 days after the booking is made. You should check this confirmation for mistakes as soon as you receive it. Please inform Landal GreenParks immediately in the case of mistakes.

Arrival in March
  • Due to recent developments regarding the spread of the Corona virus in Europe, new measures have been announced by the government. These measures also affect your booked stay. Unfortunately, the facilities at our parks are closed.

    Have you booked a holiday with an arrival from April 1? You will automatically receive an email with more information. We will contact our guests in order of arrival date.

    To help us and other guests, we kindly request you not to contact us at this time. Because the situation per country and park is constantly changing due to the latest developments, we currently have no ready-made answer for you. We apologize for this.
  • You can change your stay up to 28 days before your arrival date to a later period in 2020. Usually at the same park. If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you will be required to pay the extra price difference.

  • You can cancel your holiday. The regular cancellation conditions as described below apply to this. You can also rebook your stay to a later period.

    Within 14 days after making the reservation, you can cancel free of charge, provided that you have made your reservation more than 28 days before the start of your stay.

    If you made the reservation more than 14 days ago, you are required to pay 30% of the total travel sum when you cancel up to 28 days before arrival. You will be required to pay 100% of the total travel sum if cancelled within 28 days before arrival. You may be able to get your money refunded through your cancellation insurance.

voucher
  • The voucher is an online payment method to book a stay via our website. We introduced the voucher because we received many rebook requests. We understand it might be difficult to choose a different period and/ or park on the spot. With the voucher we have made it possible to book a stay at a later moment. The voucher can be redeemed in combination with a creditcard. If you do not possess a credit card, please contact our Contact Centre for booking a new stay.
  • - You can make an online booking yourself.
    - You can make the booking when you please, it is valid up to one year after you have received the voucher.
    - You can choose from all parks.
    - You can choose from all periods that are bookable on that moment on the website.
  • You can redeem the voucher as an online payment method for a new booking via our website. How you can use your voucher exactly, you can read in the e-mail in which you receive the voucher. The voucher can be redeemded in combination with a creditcard. If you do not possess a credit card, please contact our Contact Centre for your booking.
  • You will receive a voucher if you have made a booking for a period when the park is closed. You don't have to do anything, you will receive a voucher by e-mail.

    You will also receive a voucher if you decide to rebook your stay, but don't know to which period.
  • The voucher is valid for one year after you have received it. That's why it is important that you redeem your voucher within one year. Your new stay doesn't need to take place within this year. You can choose from the stays that are bookable on our website on that moment.
  • No, you decide how you want to spend the amount of your voucher. When you book a new stay, the remaining amount of the voucher will stay on the voucher. We therefore advise you to keep the voucher in a safe place. Please keep in mind that the voucher is valid up until one year.
  • We need an email adress to send the voucher to. We ask you to make an email adress or send an email adress of a close family member to our Contact Center.
  • You can request a voucher for your booked stay, no matter what arrival date. The booking you made, will be canceled. With the voucher you can book a new stay via our website within one year. Please contact our Contact Center to request a voucher.
  • We aim to send the voucher 7 days after receiving the cancellation email. However, due to the enormous crowds, this can take a week longer. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
  • The voucher has the value of the travel sum that you have already have paid.
Parkinformation general
  • We choose to keep our parks open as much as possible, so that you can continue to enjoy a stay surrounded by nature. The health of our guests and employees is of primary importance. We follow the guidelines of RIVM and the local authorities in other countries. This means that we will temporarily close the facilities in our parks, such as restaurants, swimming pools, bowling and the Kids Club. Some parks are closed. You will find more information under the heading Situation per country on this page.
  • As a result of RIVM's Corona guidelines, we have had to close facilities at our parks for the time being, such as restaurants, swimming pools, bowling and the Kids Club. The health of our guests and employees is of primary importance. This means that there is currently no daytime recreation possible at our parks.
  • Almost all facilities are closed, only a few of our Parkshops are open.
  • Due to the measures taken by the Dutch government regarding the Coronavirus, we unfortunately had to decide to close most of our campsites, from March 20, 2020 to at least Monday, April 6, 2020. Our campsites at Coldenhove and Esonstad are closed. Only the safari tents with their own facilities are still open at the moment. This concerns the safari tents at Landal Sluftervallei and Landal Rabbit Hill.

    Our parks in Germany are closed, this also applies to the campsites on these parks.
  • Each park of Landal GreenParks is unique, the range of our facilities and the location differ per park. We therefore carefully weigh up the measures we take per country and per park.
Situation by country
  • At all our Dutch parks with facilities such as restaurants, swimming pools, bowling and Kids Club, we had to make the decision to close all these facilities. Only our reception and some Park shops are still open.

    You are of course still very welcome at our parks. We do everything we can to give you a great holiday in which you can still enjoy the beautiful nature in the area and take trips such as walking and cycling trips.
  • Unfortunately, at the moment we've had to decide to close Hof van Saksen, Landal De Lommerbergen, Landal Het Vennenbos, Landal Vitamaris, Landal Strand Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad, Landal Strand Resort Ouddorp Duin, Landal Twenhaarsveld, Landal Landgoed De Hellendoornse Berg and Landal Landgoed De Elsgraven completely.   • The Austrian authorities have determined that the winter sports areas will close and that all accommodations must be closed. For our parks in Austria, this means that they will not open until the end of the winter sports season. This measure applies at least until March 30, 2020.   • The government of Switzerland has taken measures against the spread of the Corona virus. This currently has consequences for two parks in Switzerland.

    Alpine Lodge Lenzerheide
    The winter sports area around Arosa-Lenzerheide is closed. Our Kids Club, swimming pool and restaurant are also closed until at least April 14, 2020. The reception and mini supermarket remain open daily.

    Vierwaldstättersee
    We unfortunately had to close our Vierwaldstättersee park until at least 19 April 2020.

    Health checks are carried out at national borders. It is therefore not possible to make a booking for the period up to and including 10 April 2020. Other questions about Corona
  • Of course you can still spend your holiday with us. A number of parks are still open, so you can continue to enjoy a stay surrounded by nature. We follow the guidelines of RIVM. This means that we will be closing many of the facilities in our parks for the time being, such as restaurants, swimming pools, bowling and the Kids Club. The rents in this period have been adjusted.
