  • Yes, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail after making an online payment. Please save this confirmation as proof of your booking.

    If you have paid via an electronic bank transfer, you will not receive a payment confirmation.

    If you have paid in “My Booking” via iDeal, PayPal or Credit Card, you will receive a payment confirmation by email.

    You can check your reservation online via your booking confirmation. Click on the “My Booking” link at the top left.

    The night registration form will also be attached to your booking confirmation. To simplify the process of checking in for you, please print the voucher at home, complete it in full and hand it to reception when you arrive at the park.

    Booking confirmation not received

    If you have not received your booking confirmation and invoice within 3 days of booking, you should first check your 'spam mailbox'. If you can't find the booking confirmation here also then you must contact the Contact Centre immediately. If you do not, you will not be entitled to the booking. Always check with the Contact Centre staff that your e-mail address is correct. Call the Contact Centre on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.
  • At Landal GreenParks you are assigned the bungalow number directly on arrival at the park. It is possible to book a bungalow with a specific number in advance.

    You can do this by making a preference booking. The cost of doing this is € 25.
  • Of course you can reserve (extra) children’s furniture. Please state when booking:
    • Child’s bed incl. bed linen (at Landal Resort Maria Alm: € 15)
    • Highchair
    • Playpen € 5,95
  • We recommend that you take out cancelation insurance when you make your booking. Without cancelation insurance or with cancelation insurance but without a valid reason, the following provisions will be applicable: If you cancel more than four weeks before the start of your stay, you will have to pay 30% of the price of rental sum. If you cancel within four weeks of the start of your stay, you will have to pay the full rental sum. If you end your stay prematurely, you will have to pay the full rental sum. If you cancel before the start of your stay, the booking will be cancelled immediately after you phone to cancel. It will then no longer be possible to revoke the order. If you end your stay prematurely, repayment will be in proportion to the number of nights you do not use. You must immediately notify the park reception of your early departure. Unused extras, such as bed linen, council taxes, booking costs, insurance, will not be refunded. Cancelation is only possible per accommodation, not per person. After you have paid the premium, the cancellation insurance will provide you with cover up to your departure from the park. 
  • At Landal GreenParks it is possible to extend your booking just before/during your stay. This is only possible if there is still sufficient accommodation available.

In recent years our guests have been increasingly searching for and finding information online about their upcoming stay at Landal GreenParks. As an organisation we aim for sustainable and engaged business operations and to provide a positive contribution to nature and our environment. This is why we have decided to stop making and sending the Holiday Magazines. This will enable us to reach our organisational objectives in a sustainable and engaged way.   • You will receive your booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail within 3 days after your booking has been processed. Please call the Contact Center if you have lost your confirmation. We will then send your booking confirmation again by e-mail. You should keep this in a safe place, print it out and bring it with you to the park. Please call the Contact Center on tel. +31-(0)70 300 35 06.
  • When Landal GreenParks processes your booking, Landal GreenParks sends you a booking confirmation and an invoice by e-mail within 3 days after the booking is made. You should check this confirmation for mistakes as soon as you receive it. Please inform Landal GreenParks immediately in the case of mistakes.

    If you have not received your booking confirmation and invoice within 3 days of booking, you should first check your 'spam mailbox'. If you can't find the booking confirmation here also then you must contact the Contact Centre immediately. If you do not, you will not be entitled to the booking.   • Via the website you can book a maximum of 4 accommodations. If you’d like to book multiple bungalows you can also contact our  Contact Center on tel.+31-(0)70 300 35 06. You can then book up to 9 bungalows at a time. To book more than 9 bungalows, please contact the Business Line on tel.  +31 (0)88 - 205 98 88 (local rate).

Arrivals until June
  • Due to developments regarding the spread of coronavirus in Europe, the government has announced further measures. These measures also have an influence on your booked stay. Unfortunately, all facilities in our parks are closed. You can still spend your holiday in the selected park. You prefer to travel to this park at a later time? Then you can change your reservation via our Contact Center. Would you rather decide later if and where you want to spend your holiday? Then you simply ask for a leisure voucher – it has the value of the travel sum you already have paid. You can use this leisure voucher as means of payment for a new booking on our website.
  • If you have booked a holiday at a park that is unfortunately closed, you will receive an email from us with a leisure voucher . The voucher we offer has the value of the travel sum you have already paid. You can then decide to rebook your holiday to your preferred travel period and destination (within one year).
  • We understand that you're worried about whether your stay can go ahead. Have you booked a stay after June 1st? Then please wait. The situation changes daily. If you have booked a stay in the period up to 28 April or if you would like to change your booking for a later stay anyway, there are 2 possibilities:
    - Do you prefer to stay another period and do you already know when? Then you can change your booking directly, call our Contact Center.
    - Would you rather decide later on when and where you want to stay? Then you can apply for a recreation leisure voucher to the value of the already paid travel sum. You can use this leisure voucher at a later time as a means of payment for a new booking via our website.
Rebook and cancel
  • You will find the answers to many frequently asked questions about cancellation insurance on the Europ Assistance website. Here you can read when you can use the cancellation insurance and how you file a claim. If you are unable to find the answer to your questions, we kindly ask you to contact Europ Assistance directly.
  • You can contact the Contact Center for this. Because of the measures surrounding the coronavirus, we have made an adjustment to our terms and conditions. You can now change your booking whenever you want.

    Don't know yet to which period or to which park you want to change your booking? Then you can apply for a leisure-voucher to the value of the already paid travel sum. You can use this leisure voucher at a later time as a means of payment for a new booking via our website.
  • If you have made your booking through a travel agency, you can also rebook to another period and / or a different park. For more information, please contact the travel agency where you have booked.

  • If the park is closed during your booked stay, we will contact you by order of arrival date. You will receive a confirmation email from us that your stay is canceled. In addition, you will receive a leisure voucher by e-mail no later than 7 days later, worth the already paid travel sum. In this email you will also read how to use the leisure voucher.

    The leisure voucher is valid for one year as of the issue date.
  • Within 14 days after making the reservation, you can cancel your stay free of charge if you have booked more than 28 days before the start of your stay.

    Did you make the reservation more than 14 days ago? Then you can apply for a leisure voucher to the value of the already paid travel sum. You can use this leisure voucher at a later time as a means of payment for a new booking via our website.
  • Yes, you can move your stay to another date. Please contact our Contact Center.

    Don't know yet to which period you want to change your booking? Then you can apply for a leisure voucher to the value of the already paid travel sum. You can use this leisure voucher at a later time as a means of payment for a new booking via our website.
  • If the changed booking becomes more expensive, you will be required to pay the extra price difference.
  • You can change your stay up to 28 days before your arrival date.
  • The Corona virus measures put Landal GreenParks in challenging conditions. That is why we have adjusted our terms and conditions. For you, this means that you cannot cancel your booking, but can always change your booking.

  • Your second instalment payment will be cancelled. You will receive a leisure voucher to the value of the amount already paid.
  • If you have made your booking through a travel agency, adapted conditions apply for the Leisure voucher. For more information, please contact the travel agency where you have booked.
  • The leisure voucher is an online payment method that allows you to make a new booking if your stay at our parks cannot go ahead or if you choose not to go ahead yourself. The voucher has the value of the travel sum you have already paid.

    This industry wide agreed voucher has been introduced due to the exceptional and unforeseen situation caused by the spread of the corona virus. This arrangement has been made in consultation with the Consumer and Market Authority (ACM) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs in The Netherlands.

    You can use the Leisure Voucher as a means of payment for a new booking up to one year after issue. You can make a choice from all stays offered on our website at that time.

    If at the end of the period of validity of the voucher you have not yet used it or have not used it in full, we will refund the remaining amount to you.

    - You can choose from all parks and for all stays that are bookable on the website.

  • You can redeem the leisure voucher as an online payment method for a new booking via our website. How you can use your leisure voucher exactly, you can read in the e-mail in which you receive the leisure voucher. Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem your leisure voucher online for a combination reservation consisting of multiple bungalows. In that case, please call our Contact Centre to redeem your leisure voucher. The leisure voucher can be redeemded in combination with a creditcard. If you do not possess a credit card, please contact our Contact Centre for your booking.
  • You will receive a leisure voucher if you have booked a stay at a time when a park is closed. You do not have to do anything yourself, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us with the leisure voucher.

    You can also apply for a leisure voucher if you decide that you want to change your booking, but do not know yet to which period you want to change your booking.
  • The leisure voucher is valid for one year after you have received it. That's why it is important that you redeem your leisure voucher within one year. Your new stay doesn't need to take place within this year. You can choose from the stays that are bookable on our website on that moment.
  • No, you can decide how you want to spend the value of the leisure voucher. If you make a new booking for a lower amount than the value of the leisure voucher, the remainder will remain on the leisure voucher. We therefore advise you to keep the leisure voucher in a safe place. Please note that you can redeem the leisure voucher for a new booking up to a maximum of one year after it has been issued. If you have not used the full value of your leisure voucher after one year, we will refund the remainder to you.
  • We need an email adress to send the leisure voucher to. We ask you to make an email adress or send an email adress of a close family member to our Contact Center.
  • Yes, you can apply for a leisure voucher for every holiday in 2020, regardless of your arrival date. Your existing booking will therefore lapse. With the leisure voucher you can make a new booking via our website up to one year after the date of issue. If, at the end of the period of validity of the leisure voucher, you have not yet used it or have not used it in full, we will refund the remaining amount to you.
  • We aim to send the leisure voucher 7 days after receiving the cancellation email. However, due to the enormous crowds, this can take a week longer. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
  • The leisure voucher has the value of the travel sum that you have already have paid.
Parkinformation general
  • We choose to keep our parks open as much as possible, so that you can continue to enjoy a stay surrounded by nature. The health of our guests and employees is of primary importance. We follow the guidelines of RIVM and the local authorities in other countries. This means that we will temporarily close the facilities in our parks. To maintain the distance of 1.5 meters, we don’t rent bungalows directly next to each other. In chained bungalows, you will not have direct neighbors.

  • As a result of RIVM's Corona guidelines, we have had to close facilities at our parks for the time being, such as restaurants, swimming pools, bowling and the Kids Club. The health of our guests and employees is of primary importance. This means that there is currently no daytime recreation possible at our parks.
  • Unfortunatly we had to close multiple parks completely. At the few parks that are still open, we had to close the following facilities: 

    - Restaurants and Terraces
    - Shops
    - Indoor playgrounds
    - Outdoor playgrounds, Minigolf and Sport area's
    - Bowling
    - Indoor swimming pools
    - Outdoor swimming pools, recreational lakes and beaches.

    The reception and technical service are available.

    You are of course still very welcome at our parks. We do everything we can to ensure a safe and pleasant stay in which you can still enjoy the beautiful nature in the area.
  • The Netherlands
    All campings in the Netherlands are open again for caravans and campers which are fully self-sufficient. Expected is that the sanitary buildings at the campings will be opened from July 1st, 2020, then we will be able to welcome the other guests too. We're very happy with the easing measures and are looking forward to bring our guests a care free holiday. 

    The safari tents at Landal Coldenhove will be closed until further notice. 

    Germany
    The campings of Landal Warsberg and Wirfttal have opened again for campers and caravans which are fully self-sufficient. Please note that there is a negative travel advice to Germany for people from outside Germany until May 24th, 2020. From June 10, 2020 all camping guests will be welcome again. 

    The camping of Landal Sonnenberg will be closed until at least June 10, 2020.
  • The facilities at the Dutch holiday parks will be closed until at least May 20, 2020. We follow the guidelines set by the Dutch government.
  • Each park of Landal GreenParks is unique, the range of our facilities and the location differ per park. We therefore carefully weigh up the measures we take per country and per park.

  • The latest information and measures per country can be found on this page under 'Situation in The Netherlands' and 'Situation in the other countries'. Due to the Coronavirus measures, we have made changes to our terms and conditions. You can now change your booking whenever you want.
  • All parks in Germany are opening again. We are very happy with the decreasing impact of the corona measures and are looking forward to welcome guests to our parks and give them a carefree holiday. 

    The parks Landal Eifeler Tor and Salztal Paradies opened their doors for German guests again on May 15, 2020. This with a few measures from the local government. For guests form outside Germany there is a negative travel advice until May 24, 2020. 

    The parks Landal Travemünde, Mont Royal, Hochwald, Sonnenberg, Wirfttal, Warsberg en Winterberg have opened since May 18, 2020, with the measures of local government. For guests from outside Germany there is a negative travel advice until at least May 24, 2020.

    The local governments of Landal Dwergter Sand and Salztal Paradies have told that everyone from outsite Germany is not welcome until at leasat June 11th. We recommend to vollow this advice. 
  • Following the measures taken by the Belgian authorities against the spread of the Corona virus, we have had to decide to close all our parks in Belgium as of March 18, 2020 until at least:

    Landal Village L'eau d'Heure and Landal Mooi Zutendaal will be closed until June 7, 2020.

  • The government of Switzerland has taken measures against the spread of the Coronavirus. The borders are closed until at least June 14, 2020. This currently has consequences for two parks in Switzerland.

    Alpine Lodge Lenzerheide
    The winter sports area around Arosa-Lenzerheide is closed. Our Kids Club, swimming pool and restaurant are also closed until further notice. The reception and mini supermarket remain open daily.

    Vierwaldstättersee
    The park is open again. But unfortunately due to closed borders anyone from outside Switserland can't visit Landal Vierwaldstättersee.

  • The government of the Czech Republic has decided, in the context of measures against the spread of the Coronavirus, to close the national borders for visitors from countries including The Netherlands and Germany. Other questions about Corona
  • Of course you can still spend your holiday with us. A number of parks are still open, so you can continue to enjoy a stay surrounded by nature. We follow the guidelines of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). This means that we have closed the following facilities:

    - Restaurants and Terraces
    - Shops
    - Indoor playgrounds
    - Outdoor playgrounds, Minigolf and Sport area's
    - Bowling
    - Indoor swimming pools
    - Outdoor swimming pools, recreational lakes and beaches.

    The reception and technical service are available.

    The rental prices in this period have been adjusted.
  • All accomodations are bookable. Please note the following per country:

    The Netherlands
    Until June 1, 2020 there is still a maximum of 1 household per accommodation (for all accommodations). From June 1, 2020 you are welcome at our parks with more than one household in the same accommodation, as long as there is 1 bathroom per household and the 1,5 meter distance to other households is held. We see a household as: spouses, registered partners or other life partners, parents, grand-parents and kids, as long as they live at the same adress. 

    Germany
    A maximum of 2 households per accommodation. 
  • At least until June 1, 2020 the maximum occupation of all our accommodations will be limited to one household. After June 1, 2020 you are welcome to stay with more than one household when the accommodation has at least 1 bathroom per household and there will be a 1.5 meter distance between households. 

    These households need to live at the same adress.
