A maximum of 4 accommodations at the same time can be booked via our website. You can put together your combination reservation at one park and for one travel period. The bungalow types can be different and can also be a combination of a bungalow and a camping pitch. When you book several bungalows at the same time, you only pay reservation costs once. Do you prefer to book several bungalows next to each other? Which can! Select the desired house numbers in preferences (you only pay preference costs once).

No, there is no special discount when booking multiple accommodations at once. However, you only pay reservation costs and any preference costs once.
If you want to book for arrival on the same day, you can only book your accommodation by phone. We will then contact the park to make sure that your selected accommodation is ready in time. Also when there is only one of your accommodation type left, you may only be able to book by phone. We will be happy to tell you more about the location of your accommodation, so you know exactly what to expect when you arrive at the park.
You will receive your booking confirmation and invoice by e-mail within 24 hours after your booking has been processed. Check to make sure that it is not in your junk e-mails. Is this not the case? Please call the Contact Center if you have lost your confirmation. We will then send your booking confirmation again by e-mail. Please call the Contact Center on tel. +31 88 205 9000.
Discounts and offers
If you wish to book a special offer, you can do this online now. If you prefer to book by telephone you will have to specify the offer code. This is specified in the description of the offer.

Yes, we do. Think of company outings, meetings or other events. Gather inspiration at a unique location, in the middle of nature!
Landal Business Line
Yes, you can choose a 'comfort package' in your account. You will have both towels and your bedmaking service if you book a comfort package. You can also choose only towels or only made beds. This varies per park that you can choose from. You can add these extras when making your booking or can do so afterwards via your account.
This is possible at selected locations only and is never guaranteed, please call us if this is important to you.
Payments
This is possible when making a new booking. You can enter the card number and the security code in the payment options. You can also pay an outstanding amount later on with your gift card or voucher. You can pay the remainder with iDeal or by credit card if the value of the gift card or voucher is lower. Have you already paid for everything? Then it will not be possible to use your voucher/gift card. Good to know: you cannot book a stay in Great Britain using the gift card and voucher. This also applies to the Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor and Marissa parks.
Please disregard any reminders if you have already paid. You do not need to take any further action.
No, unfortunately that is not possible. We would like to refer you to our general terms and conditions, where you can see which payment terms apply to you. We cannot make any exceptions here. We will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation should you fail to pay within the set payment terms.
Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation e-mail from us. You can also see in your account that your payment has been processed. If you have transferred the amount, it will take 3 working days before your payment is visible in your account. You will not receive a separate payment confirmation e-mail for a bank transfer.
When you make a booking you are required to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount. In the case of camping pitches, 50% of the fee must be paid.
Landal GreenParks must have received the remaining amount due no later than 8 weeks before the start of your stay at Landal GreenParks as specified in the booking confirmation.
If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the start of your stay, the entire amount must be paid immediately.

Conditions
We only accept reservations from people who are 18 years of age or older. The main booker must also be present during the stay. Reservations made by people under the age of 18 are not valid.

Our terms and conditions
When you make a booking to stay at one of our parks, we need certain data from you. We also process data in other cases, such as requests for information, the administration of competitions and visits to our websites. When doing so, we also use the services of third parties who receive certain personal data and process these on behalf of Landal GreenParks. This occurs, for instance, for the distribution of the emailing or processing of our guest surveys. When you make a booking, your data is shared with the park where you will be staying.
