What are the cancellation conditions?

If you are forced to cancel a booking, you will unfortunately be charged a cancellation fee. If you cancel more than 28 days before arrival this will be 30% of the total costs; if you cancel less than 28 days before arrival, the total cost/agreed rental price will be charged. You can insure yourself against this risk by taking out a cancellation insurance when making your reservation. If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without notification, this will be treated as a cancellation.
