Care and services at your holiday accommodation

 
For guests that require additional care and supervision, Landal GreenParks has formed a partnership with Comfortzorg, one of the best and most experienced organisations that can provide you with homecare at your holiday accommodation. At all of our parks in the Netherlands, you can count on the Comfortzorg network to provide you with the care and aids and appliances that you would receive at home. The nursing, care, aids and appliances that you require will be arranged and assigned to you during telephone consultation. You will receive clear written confirmation of these arrangements so you will be certain you will be able to enjoy a carefree holiday at the park of your choice.

This could include assistance with washing and getting dressed or setting up a drip, but it is also possible to take over all of your informal care. Carers can get away for a few hours, while care is being provided by professionals. It is also possible to arrange for aids and appliances at your holiday accommodation. This could include a high-low bed, a raised toilet seat or a wheelchair. It is even possible to use mobile alarm systems. In short, everything that is possible at home can also be arranged for your holiday accommodation.

Booking a chalet
You can book your accommodation at Landal GreenParks by calling +31 (070) 300 35 06. Please notify us if you would like to use the services of Comfortzorg. The booking employee will then be able to select the most suitable accommodation for you at the park of your choice. You can find information in advance, regarding any specific modifications to the chalet that you may require, by accessing our webpage special chalets.

Booking Comfortzorg
If you require customised care, you can then contact Comfortzorg directly by calling +31 (0)58 233 74 74. Make sure you have the name and telephone number of your care institution handy. Comfortzorg will identify your requirements for care and aids and appliances. Comfortplan will specify in their ‘holiday plan’ all the arrangements related to care, services and aids and appliances for your stay at Landal GreenParks. You are responsible for paying for this care and we recommend that you book at least three weeks in advance to ensure it is possible to complete payment in good time. To be on the safe side, in the unexpected event that it is not possible to provide the required care, you can cancel your accommodation within fourteen days at no expense. If you have any questions during your stay or if require additional services, it is reassuring to know that you can call the Comfortzorg care centre 24 hours a day on +31 (0)58 233 74 74.

Booking aids and appliances
Comfortzorg has a national system of agreements that enables it to supply all the required aids and appliances, from high-low beds and wheelchairs to personal alarms. You can also contact Comfortzorg regarding these matters by calling +31 (0)58 233 74 74.

Modified accommodation and Miva

 
Landal GreenParks has a range of modified accommodation at a large number of the parks. The degree of modification varies widely. Convince yourself in advance of whether these modifications will comply with your wishes. You will find individual descriptions of each modified accommodation.

You are not required to pay preference costs for these chalets.

Chalets suitable for people with a respiratory condition or CNSLD

 
Landal GreenParks used the Astma Fonds guidelines as the basis for setting up modified chalets and apartments at a large number of parks, especially for people with respiratory problems or CNSLD. These parks have chalets suitable for people with CNSLD. This means the chalets have smooth walls, smooth or hard floor covering, no open fire and synthetic bed linen. They are all smoke and pet-free and some have roller blinds. Haemodialysis

 
A nice holiday break, away from the daily routine. Until recently, this was not a simple matter for dialysis patients. Fortunately, this is now starting to change. Three of our parks, Landal Twenhaarsveld near Holten and Landal Sluftervallei on Texel, are now able to provide holiday dialysis in cooperation with the local hospitals.

You will be able to combine a holiday at one of the most beautiful locations in the Netherlands with excellent care in an experienced and qualified dialysis centre. As a holiday guest at Landal Twenhaarsveld in Holten, you will receive dialysis at a separate holiday unit in Deventer hospital. In a department with a relaxing atmosphere and equipped with a number of amenities such as TV, radio and internet. It is centrally located and easily accessible by train or bus. If you would like to use this service, please contact the Haemodialysis Secretariat at Deventer hospital by calling +31 (0570) 64 62 52 between 08:00 and 16:00 from Monday to Friday.

At Landal Sluftervallei you will be able to use the holiday dialysis centre in Oosterend, Texel, via the Alkmaar Medical Centre (MCA: Medisch Centrum Alkmaar). This facility for dialysis patients is unique. The centre focuses on providing haemodialysis therapy to patients living on Texel as well as to dialysis patients that would like to spend their holiday on Texel. It is also possible to provide support to peritoneal dialysis patients. The dialysis centre is open all year round and has the most up-to-date facilities and Fresenius equipment. It is open six days a week during the peak season and three days a weak during the off-peak season. Group holiday

 
You can also stay at Landal GreenParks if you have a group of people, some of which are able to travel with their carers, but would be unable to do so independently. We have a range of parks with chalets that accommodate 10 or 12 people. Some of these chalets have been modified. The size of the chalets makes it easy for the carers to keep an eye on the group.

At all the parks, it is possible to hire a number of chalets next to each other.
