From Den Helder, take the ferry to Texel. On arrival, head for Den Burg. At side road no. 10, turn right to De Cocksdorp. At the Cocksdorp, the road bends to the left (do NOT take the turning to De Cocksdorp (34) to the right). At the following intersection (no. 35), turn left (Krimweg).

Public Transport
If you want to go to Landal Sluftervallei by public transportation then it is best to fly to Schiphol Airport and then take the train to the central station in Den Helder. The travel time from Schiphol Airport to Den Helder station takes around an hour and twenty-five minutes. Next take bus 33 in the direction of the harbour, boat Texel . From there take the ferry-boat to ‘t Horntje (Texel).

Parking
The Texel Parking Sticker was introduced on 1 January 2012. This sticker enables you to park in the paid parking areas on Texel for an entire year (from 1 January till 31 December 2012). The sticker costs just € 15.00 and can be purchased at Texel Tourist Information Office (VVV) and at the town hall.
You don't want the parking sticker? No problem, you can also pay at the parking meter.
